The Dirty Ones is a brand new dark romance about the secret world of erotica authors releasing December 4, 2018.
Kieraâs room is dark, so I force myself to be still for a few seconds, allowing my eyes to adjust. When the crack of light leaking in from under the door goes from barely visible to a golden haze rising up from the floor I step forward towards the edge of the four-poster bed, unknotting my tie and pulling it through my collar as I walk.
âKiera?â I ask, pulling my shirt out of my pants and unbuttoning my shirt. âYou awake?â
She moans, rolling over, one of her pale breasts exposed from her top, one long leg bare as it sneaks out from under the covers. Her hair is wild, splayed out on the pillow and half covering her beautiful face.
I want to turn the lights on. Want to see her better. See all of her. Never take my eyes off this woman. I want to make this whole nightmare go away. Give her something better. Leave behind my old life with all its expectations and just steal away with her to some far-away tropical island. Stay naked with her forever and raise babies on the beach.
God, what the fuck is wrong with me? Weâve been back in each otherâs lives for less than forty-eight hours and all I can think about is throwing everything away?
Youâre in love, Con.
I hear the words in her voice inside my head.
Youâre in love.
Maybe I am.
I unbuckle my belt and unfasten my pants. Drag my zipper down, trying to be quiet.
I donât want to wake her. I want to ease into bed, slip my fingers between her legs, and kiss her mouth as she dreams. Make her come in her sleep.
I am one sick fuck and I donât care.
When Iâm naked I place one knee on the bed and carefully swing my other leg over hers. She twists, flat on her back now. That one exposed breast caught in some stray ray of light that shouldnât be there, but is. Like a spotlight just for my own sick, hedonistic pleasure.
Thinking back on the party at Camilleâs house has turned back time for me. Taken me to the place I was, the person I used to be. The one who fucked her and Sofiaâand sometimes Camille too. The one who didnât mind sharing with Hayes or Bennett because they didnât mind sharing with me.
It was an orgy. Group sex or whatever.
It was sick, and twisted, and very fucking erotic.
It was heavy breathing, and sweaty, naked bodies, and never enough.
It was never enough that year.
We fucked them all. Together.
It was sensuous, and uninhibited, and lecherous.
How did I ever walk away from these people? How did I ever live a day without them?
I place my hand on her one exposed leg and slowly slide it up to her thigh.
She moans again, mouth parted like sheâs waiting for my cock.
I picture those nights long ago. At the parties. How Camille would always be the one to invite us in. And how Hayes would be the first to take her up on those offers. How Sofia was meek, and afraid, and shy. And how she changed. How we all changed.
How Kiera used to whimper and moan as she came.
I want to hear that sound now. Right now.
I lean forward, crawling up her body, my rock-hard cock dragging across the sheets. Aching to be inside her.

A Gentleman for Christmas by Prescott Lane
Release Date: November 26th
A Gentleman for Christmas, an all-new standalone contemporary romance by Prescott Lane.
Some say “chivalry is dead.”
I don’t think so. Most women I know like a gentleman.
Protective, opens doors, treats women with respect, typically follows the rules.
But a gentleman doesn’t fall for his best friend’s woman. Current or ex.
And that’s what I’ve done.
During the Christmas season of all times — that magical time for decorations, gifts, family . . .
Yes, the girl who was off-limits for so long, who I’ve loved all my life, has come back in town and possibly back to me.
I can’t follow the gentleman rules this time. There’s too much at stake. I let her go once. I won’t let her go again.
What happens under the mistletoe, stays under the mistletoe.
Or does it?

“Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife.”
Otherwise known as the original bros before hoes commandment.
I’m not advocating calling women hoes. It’s an expression, so put away your Encyclopedia of Political Correctness.
There are rules in life. The Ten Commandments were just the beginning. We have rules for everything. How to drive. How to dress. How to walk across the damn street. So why not rules for love? That’s how all this started — a set of rules between my buddies and me.
The Bro Code.
Obviously, bros before hoes is rule one. We vowed never to let a girl come between us, which meant if one of us liked a girl, she was forever off limits.
Little did I know our teenage pact would launch my multi-million dollar career. A little tweaking here and some socially acceptable rewording there and The Gentleman’s Handbook was born.
I’ve written books and given seminars on everything from how to find love, to how to propose, to how to have a successful long-distance relationship. You name it, and I’ve got rules for it. Personally, I’ve never been much of a rule follower, but that’s my little secret.
The funny thing is I’ve never been in love. Well, there is this one girl, but we won’t talk about her. It does no good to think about someone you can’t have and never will.
My lack of emotional commitment hasn’t slowed down my career one bit. Currently, I have two books on the New York Times Best Sellers List. My seminars sell out like a Drake concert.
I always find it interesting that the rules started between a group of male friends, but it’s mostly women that come to hear me speak. Occasionally, you see the poor sap boyfriend who was dragged along to listen, but for the most part it’s all women.
This time of the year is no exception. December first until January first is important for guys. Holidays are big for a lot of couples. If you don’t know what you’re doing for your lady, you better figure it out and fast. In fact, my rule is that you should be paying attention all year long.
Trust me on this. If you remember something she mentioned she liked three months ago and surprise her with it at Christmas, she’ll spread her legs before Santa even has time to slide down the chimney. Let’s be honest, that is always at least part of the goal for guys.
So my current work in progress tackles Christmas. A how-to guide for the holidays.
The Gentleman’s Rules for Christmas.

I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!
Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.
I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.
That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.
Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.

4 Star Review by Ashley
My stomach still hurts from laughing so much at 4th & Girl. I don't know how or where Max Monroe comes up with some of the things they write, but I don't really care because it's pure rom-com gold.
The first time Leo and Gemma meet had me cringing and laughing so hard that no sound came out. It was a perfect set up for all of Gemma's quirks and Leo's patience. I liked that Gemma knew she shouldn't settle for a job and life that didn't make her happy. It's what led her to Alma (sweet mother of pearl- that woman is in a league all her own) and eventually back to Leo.
I liked that they didn't spend every waking moment together. Leo's job made that kind of impossible. But they were certainly creative in making time for each other when he was on the road. As he built up his relationship with Gemma, Leo also connected more with the rest of the team. Yes, there were plenty of Cam, Sean and Quinn sightings sprinkled throughout. It was the connections he made with his teammates that caused the biggest problems with Gemma. Especially when he used them to try and push her when she wasn't ready. For as much of a hard stand Gemma took, she was the one who eventually swallowed her pride and owned her fears.
From drag queens and King Kong to the football field and karaoke 4th and Girl was a non-stop feel good read. Max Monroe created characters that were adorably awkward and super sexy at the same time. Gemma and Leo accepted each others faults but also pushed each other boundaries. And that ending, can you say full circle? It was perfect.

Title: Vow of Honor
Author: Emma Renshaw
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: November 28, 2018
I canât stand Tatum from the second she walks into the room. Everything about her puts me on edgeâfrom her small delicate curves to the smile that she refuses to lose.
Thereâs nothing she loves more than to piss me off. Sheâs infused herself in every part of my life, taking away the silence I crave. Iâd walk away if I could. If I hadnât been shot. If I didnât need physical therapy. If I could resist her.
I only kiss her to shut her up. I didnât expect it to turn into the hottest moment of my life with our clothes scattered on the floor. The one-time thing turns into something neither of us expect.
When my guard drops and secrets are revealed, Iâll do anything to protect Tate. We have enemies lurking around every corner.
Will my vow of honor cost me the one thing I canât live without?
3 Star Review by AshleyBeing totally new to Emma Renshaw, I wasn't totally sure what to expect going into Vow of Honor. For the post part I enjoyed this quasi enemies-to-lovers romance. But it almost felt like a tale of two books. There were a few plot lines that never really took off- even though the characters kept showing up. And then the second half of the book was this crazy, dangerous showdown.
I won't lie, it was Tatum, not James, that was my favorite thing about this book. She was relentless but also tender and kind. Though she was a bit softer than I like my heroine, she grew a backbone rather swiftly, especially when it came to James. That broody jerk. He had a soft spot for his friends but had very few attachments. But he just couldn't resist his pull to Tatum. She worked her way under his skin and into his heart. However, his past kept him ready to run at any moment and when it showed up, he did what he thought was best to protect everyone around him.
Cue the intense. Mafia connections, a best friend scorned and a showdown a decade in the making. James was ready to face it alone, and possibly not walk away but his friends that became his family wouldn't let him. Tate wouldn't let him. My heart was racing as the bullets and deals were flying.
So like I said, Vow of Honor was a bit of a mixed bag. Some parts were really great and kept me riveted while others just seemed to go nowhere. But that ending- be still my heart- it was so perfectly James and Tatum that I couldn't help but smile.
Emma loves to write, just don't ask her to write about herself. If she isn't writing, you can find her lost in a book or trying to get her doggo to take a selfie with her. He usually refuses. At the end of the day, you can find Emma at the closest Mexican restaurant eating queso and sipping on a margarita. She lives in Texas with her husband and dog.
Author: Natalie Bennett
Genre: Dark Erotic Romance
As I got older it grew bigger, manifesting into something sinister.
Mama told me to lock it away and let it wither.
I didn’t know how.
So I hid it.
Solitude became my closest companion.
Solo, single, lonely.
They were drawn to my sickness like moths to a flame.
With them, I was nurtured into something special.
With them, I flourished in depths of decay and darkness.
(mm/mmf/ mfm.) Standalone.
Depravity by Natalie Bennett
Brittanys rating: 4 of 5 stars
This book was... odd. Very sick and twisted and depraved, like the title suggests. There's a content warning at the front, which always makes me giddy, but man, there was one scene in there that had shocked me speechless and almost had me throwing up with how gross it was.
There's some really hot menage scenes in this book, as well as M/M scenes, which are equally as hot. I didn't know that the book was going to go in that direction when I started it, but I was pleased and definitely turned on.
Natalie Bennett does the sick and twisted like nobody else. She wrote Helena very well. The way she is, I imagine it would be hard to write, but Natalie did a great job with her "sickness".
Overall, I give this book 3.5 stars.

Natalie Bennett is the creator of erotic stories that always come with a warning label. She writes about depraved alpha a**holes and women that love to hate them. Her books don't follow any specific tropes, have no set word counts, and tend to deviate from traditional HEA's.
When she isn't in front of her computer she's spending time with her husband and their three little boys.
Natalie is an avid fan of caramel frappes, horror movies, Shameless, and of course, reading.
You can find Natalie on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
