A Father’s Fight
Life changes in the span of a heartbeat. One, tiny heartbeat.
Blake and Layla have lived through disappointment and regret, only finally finding relief with the powerful love they have for each other. A love they intend to fight to keep.
They’ve had to forgive each other, but can they truly move forward without facing the pain of the past?
Layla’s been avoiding the phone calls. Nine months pregnant and exhausted, she doesn’t want the complication. But she can’t run from the truth. Whoever’s calling was there eighteen years ago. Unlike her, he remembers the night that changed the course of her life, and he’s ready to talk.
Blake’s preoccupied with an email, a few simple sentences sent through cyberspace that have the capability to rob him of his sanity, his freedom, and the people he loves most in the world. When he’s called home for a mysterious reason, leaving Layla isn’t ideal, but hope for reconciliation combined with his brother’s secrecy ignites a curiosity he refuses to ignore.
Putting the pain behind them is no longer an option.
To get the answers they need, they must face the past and open up old wounds that threaten to bleed them dry.

To take back life, one must first face death...
One man stripped of his freedom, his morals...his life.
Conditioned in captivity to maim, to kill and to slaughter, prisoner 818 becomes an unremorseful, unrivaled and unstoppable fighter in the ring. Violence is all he knows. Death and brutality are the masters of his fate.
After years of incarceration in an underground hell, only one thought occupies his mind: revenge...bloody, slow and violent revenge.
Revenge on the man who lied.
Revenge on the man who wronged him.
Revenge on the man who condemned him and turned him into this: a rage-fueled killing machine. A monster void of humanity; a monster filled with hate.
And no one will stand in the way of getting what he wants.
One woman stripped of her freedom, her morals...her life.
Kisa Volkova is the only daughter of Kirill ‘The Silencer’ Volkov, head of the infamous ‘Triad’ bosses of New York's Russian Bratva. Her life is protected. In reality, it’s a virtual prison. Her father’s savage treatment of his rivals and his lucrative and coveted underground gambling ring—The Dungeon—ensures too many enemies lurk at their door.
She dreams to be set free.
Kisa has known only cruelty and loss in her short life. As manager of her father’s death match enterprise, only grief and pain fill her days. Her mafia boss father, in her world, rules absolute. And her fiancé, Alik Durov, is no better; the Dungeon’s five-time champion, a stone-cold killer, the treasured son of her father’s best friend, and her very own—and much resented—personal guard. Unrivaled in both strength and social standing, Alik controls every facet of Kisa’s life, dominates her every move; keeps her subdued and dead inside...then one night changes everything.
While working for her church—the only reprieve in her constant surveillance—Kisa stumbles across a tattooed, scarred, but stunningly beautiful homeless man on the streets. Something about him stirs feelings deep within her; familiar yet impossibly forbidden desires. He doesn’t talk. Doesn’t communicate with anyone. He’s a man beyond saving, and a man she must quickly forget...for both their sakes.
But when weeks later, out of the blue and to her complete surprise, he’s announced as the replacement fighter in The Dungeon, Kisa knows she’s in a whole lot of trouble. He’s built, ripped and lethally unforgiving to his opponents, leaving fear in his wake and the look of death in his eyes.
Kisa becomes obsessed with him. Yearns for him. Craves his touch. Needs to possess this mysterious man...this man they call Raze.
Meet Tillie Cole
Amazon & USA Today Best Selling Author, Tillie Cole, is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.
Being a scary blend of Scottish and English, Tillie embraces both cultures; her English heritage through her love of HP sauce and freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, and her Scottish which is mostly demonstrated by her frighteningly foul-mouthed episodes of pure rage and her much loved dirty jokes.
Having been born and raised as a Teesside Smoggie, Tillie, at age nineteen, moved forty miles north to the 'Toon', Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where she attended Newcastle University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Religious Studies. She returned two years later to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching High School Social Studies. Tillie, regards Newcastle to be a home from home and enjoyed the Newcastle Geordie way of life for seven 'proper mint' and 'lush' years.
One summers day, after finishing reading her thousandth book on her much loved and treasured Kindle, Tillie turned to her husband and declared, "D'you know, I have a great idea for a story. I could write a book." Several months later, after repeating the same tired line at the close of another completed story, she was scolded by her husband to shut up talking about writing a novel and "just bloody do it!" For the first time in eleven years, Tillie actually took his advice (he is still trying to get over the shock) and immediately set off on a crazy journey, delving deep into her fertile imagination.
Tillie, ever since, has written from the heart. She combines her passion for anything camp and glittery with her love of humour and dark brooding men (most often muscled and tattooed – they’re her weakness!). She also has a serious side (believe it or not!) and loves to immerse herself in the complex study of World Religions, History and Cultural Studies and creates fantasy stories that enable her to thread serious issues and topics into her writing -- yep, there's more to this girl than profanity and sparkles!
After six years of teaching high school Social Studies and following her Professional Rugby Player husband around Europe, they have finally given up their nomadic way of life and settled in Calgary, Alberta where Tillie spends most of her days (and many a late night) lost in a writing euphoria or pursuing a dazzling career as a barrel-racing, tasselled-chap wearing, Stetson-sporting cowgirl... Ye-haw!

Author: L.A. Casey
Neala Clarke is a woman of her word, when she gives you it, expect her to deliver. Neala gave her niece Charli her word that she would get her a doll for Christmas. Never mind that there is only one week until Christmas and everywhere that stocked toys is practically sold out. Neala gave her word that she would get that doll for Charli, so she will move mountains to make it happen.
Darcy Hart is a people pleaser, when he is asked last minute for a doll by his adorable six year old nephew Dustin, he of course, says yes. However, Darcy faces a dilemma, the particular doll he needs is sold out everywhere. Darcy makes one last attempt to get the doll at a local toy store, and finds out they have only one left in stock, but he also finds out he is not the only person interested in claiming the doll.
Neala and Darcy go way back, playing in each other’s play pens kind of way back. They are not friends, more like mortal enemies, and both of them wanting a single doll was the start of a series of events that no one could have predicted, not even Father Christmas himself.
It all happened in slow motion.
Darcy was shouting at me from inside of the tunnel one minute, and the next his upper body disappeared as the roof of the snow tunnel collapsed in on top of him. It literally collapsed on top of him and now he wasn't moving.
For at least twenty seconds I did nothing but stare at him then my senses kicked into overdrive.
"Darcy!" I screamed, and threw my blanket off my body as I rushed over to him.
I licked my lips and stared down at his body with wide eyes, and shaking limbs. My heart was slamming into my chest, and each pulse got louder and louder. I could hear each beat my heart took and my ears rang with the noise.
"Darcy!" I shouted hoping he would make a noise from under the snow or at least move his legs.
Not a sound or kick from him.
I really started to worry then, the thought of him drowning crossed my mind. I mean, snow was made of water and he was buried under the snow, which meant he was technically under water right now.
I had to save him.
I dropped my candle to the ground and ignored it as the glass bowl that encased the candle smashed causing it to blow out.
It was darker now, but the rest of the candles along the hallway were still lit so I could see pretty well.
"Darcy, don't worry!" I shouted. "I'm gonna get you out of there!"
I dropped to my knees and began to scoop handfuls of snow off his body. I threw the snow onto the pile Darcy created while digging the tunnel off to my right, but I had to stop because my hands hurt with the cold. I instead moved to Darcy legs and gripped onto them and pulled. I pulled with all of my might and the idiot's body only slightly moved.
"Move!" I shouted and pulled at his legs again.
I held onto Darcy with every fibre of strength I had and pulled again, and by the grace of God, his body moved.
It actually moved.
I was strong!
"Yes!" I cheered.
I scrambled up to Darcy's back when his shoulders became visible. I placed my hands on both of them and pulled as hard as physically possible, the wet floor under Darcy made him slide which made things so much easier for me and my arms.
"You're out!" I cheered.
Darcy was gasping for air so I rolled him over so he could suck in as much air as he needed. His eyes were closed, but his body was shaking. I instinctively placed my hands on his arms, directly on his biceps.
His firm biceps.
I began to rub up and down very fast hoping to generate some heat for Darcy to ease his shivering. All the rubbing was pointless though, unless I got him up off the cold wet floor he would just get sick.
"Darcy, stand up," I said.
He didn't move, nor did he reply to me.
That worried me.
I looked to Darcy's face and found his eyes were still closed. I looked down to his chest and saw it was moving up and down which relaxed me immensely.
"Darcy!" I said loudly, shaking him.
"Darcy!" Einstein called from the kitchen.
I screeched, "Shut up, Einstein!"
Stupid bloody bird.
I looked back down to Darcy when I thought I heard him chuckle, but I was mistaken because he was motionless with his eyes still closed. This wouldn't do, I had to wake him up because we'd be stuck in this house if he didn't fix the tunnel and continue to dig so we could get out of here.
Was that selfish?
"Darcy!" I shouted and shook him, hard.
He groaned and it caused my pulse to spike.
"Neala?" he croaked.
He was alive!
"Yes, Darcy, it's Neala. I'm here. It's okay, I saved you."
I was so proud of myself for saving him, too.
"Neala," he gasped my name again, and this time it was followed by a cough.
I frowned down at him.
Why was he coughing?
"Are you okay?" I asked, genuinely concerned for his well being.
Darcy coughed again. "I don't think so... everything is fading."
Oh, my God.
As in fading to black?
"Don't you die and leave me here alone!" I snapped at him.
I may have still hated him close to ninety percent, but I didn't want him to die... I also didn't want to be left on my own with just Einstein for company.
"I'm... I'm dying... Neala."
"You can't be, you weren't under the snow for that long- Darcy!" I screeched and shook him when he started to go limp.
"Neala," he gasped. "Come closer."
I couldn't believe what was happening.
This was not how things were supposed to end, we were supposed to get out of here... together.
"I'm here, Darcy," I said and swallowed back a sob that wanted to escape.
Darcy's breathing slowed. "I can see the light," he whispered.
I blinked back tears. "Go to the light, Darcy."
Darcy gasped for breath, then all of sudden everything stopped.
"Darcy?" I whispered.
Oh, my God.
"Please don't be dead," I said then released the sob that was dying to be let out.
I stared down at Darcy's face, and I couldn't believe what just happened.
He died in my arms.
What was I going to do?
I never even told him I was sorry for giving him the runs, or for all the other times I was a bitch to him, and now I would never get the chance.
I felt like dirt.
I began to cry, but Darcy's body suddenly twitched then he inhaled sharply, and loudly.
I blinked then widened my eyes in shock.
"Darcy?" I whispered.
Darcy blinked opened his big brown eyes.
He was alive!
"Am I in Heaven?" he asked.
He thought he was dead!
Darcy blinked his eyes a couple of times then he flicked his eyes to mine and he stared at me for a long moment before he sighed.
"Nope, not Heaven. This must be Hell if you're here," he said, his face was as serious as if he just told me someone had a heart attack.
I stared down at him then narrowed my eyes.
"What?" I asked, completely confused.
Darcy looked at me then burst out laughing.
I gasped and dropped him to the floor.
He grunted in pain, but continued to laugh.
That... that fucking bastard!
He played me.
"You joked about dying?" I screeched.
Who does that?

Meet Nolan & Chloe is this HOT, quick read
by Aurora Rose Rose Reynolds
Barnes & Noble:
After the first sighting, he’s fascinated.
After the first smile, he’s infatuated.
By the first kiss, he’s obsessed.
Nolan sees Chloe through a window of a bakery in downtown Manhattan. At first sight, something about her calls to a piece of him he thought was lost. Without thinking, he begins watching her, and when the moment presents itself, he strikes, claiming Chloe for himself. For a man who is used to getting what he wants Nolan wont let anyone or anything stand in his way.
“GET UP,” I tell Chloe as I walk into the bedroom. “For what?” she asks, looking at me from over the top of her
Kindle, not moving. “You’re not going to lie around and pout all day. Now, get
up.” “I’m not pouting.” She frowns. I shake my head, walk over to her, rip the Kindle out of her
hand, and toss it onto a chair across the room. “Hey! I was reading that,” she complains, crossing her arms
over her chest and glaring at me. “I don’t know what happened to my submissive little Angel,
but I’m telling you now—what you’re going to be doing is getting undressed, getting on your knees, opening that pretty mouth of yours, and sucking my cock until I tell you to stop. Then, if you’re good, I will eat your little pussy until you come,” I growl, pulling her out of bed. “When I’ve had my fill of your taste, you’re going to climb up on my cock and ride me until we both come.”

Book Two in The Wake Series
by M. Mabie
Releasing Early 2015
Synopsis:This isn’t just a two-year long one-night stand. It’s my life. This is my life. Our life. It isn’t just some careless affair. I’ve made the worst decisions a woman could, but I’ll earn my second chance. She can try keeping all the guilt for herself, but I’m just as much to blame. Loving Casey wasn’t my biggest mistake. Fighting it for so long was. I’ll show her how fearless our love makes me. I’ll protect her torn heart. He still has magic in his eyes. He’s the man who makes me happy. Her voice still brings me to my knees. She says my name like it’s sacred. I live for the day when I’m his. To take care of him. To love him the way he deserves. I can’t wait to be all she needs. I can give her a happy life, security and so much love. Sometimes two ships never meet in the night, but ours did. Sometimes the water is rough. It beats you all to hell until you have no choice but get stronger. Our love story reads more like a tragedy, but to me it’s clean and pure. Let them point their fingers. Without a love like ours, they haven’t really lived. I pity them. I’m a cheating wife and a villain. I am his honeybee. I’m a snake in the grass and I sleep best when I’m lying next to his wife. I want to be his everything. I’m nothing without her anyway. This isn’t even close to over. It’ll never be over.

Kate has been through more than her share of tragedies in her life. After suffering the loss of her mother, daughter, and the love of her life, sheâs finally found the strength to open herself up to love again. For once, everything is finally as it should be. Kate shouldâve known that things were too good to be true; her life doesnât work that smoothly.
Itâs been four years since Michael left Kate, but heâs back now, and determined to win Kateâs heart once again. After discovering that Daniel and Michael are best friends, the situation spirals out of control quickly. Instead of dealing with her broken heart, Kate ignores it.
When Kateâs actions drive her to do the unthinkable, she knows sheâs crossed the line. Unfortunately, she doesnât realize it until itâs too little, too late. Her actions have consequences and now sheâs trying to fix the unfixable. Can the men in Kateâs life grant her the forgiveness she canât even find within herself?
I try and push away from him but he presses me up against the wall with force. Not a harmful force, itâs an erotic force, and I wish it didnât turn me on so much.
The glimmer I see in his eyes is new, and I have no clue what it means, but he looks ready for a challenge. Whatever the look is, itâs hot and itâs taking all my self-control not to throw my arms around his neck and wrap my legs around his waist for a repeat of what we did last time he had me up against this wall.
âThis is going to be a fight, Kate, our first, but most definitely not our last. I fight for what's mine. And you, baby, you're mine. You have been from the minute your eager lips pressed against mine and you granted me access into that fucking perfect little mouth of yours. So go ahead and be the good girl, play the martyr. Eventually, you'll figure out Mike comes in second but I'll always be first. You want to pretend this is about us all staying friends? Go ahead. All this really is about is you not being able to hurt him, even though that's exactly what he did to you. So if you really want to play this way, then GAME ON. I won't be easy on you and I'm going to love watching you try to resist what you crave and what you craveis me. Come on, baby. Tell me you aren't wet right fucking now, Kate. Tell me you aren't thinking about my cock being buried so deep inside you that youâll forget exactly why you're fighting us. I know just from the way your breath is hitching all you want right now is me. This is going to be so much fun, baby. Iâve always thought a challenge makes the end result even sweeter so⦠GAME FUCKING ON.âIâve forgotten how to breathe. That was the hottest thing Iâve ever heard. He told me from the beginning he fights for what he wants. Iâve only seen Danielâs sweet side, his romantic side, his wooing side. Iâve never seen his possessive side, his alpha side, well, never outside of the bedroom.
