This holiday season, thereâs more than gingerbread in the oven.
I was always a type-A kind of girlâ and thatâs exactly what got me into trouble with Sterling Ahren.
Having a baby before thirty didnât work out, so I took some time off to sort out my life.
Sterlingâs my new landlord⦠and he doesnât plan anything.
Heâs a billionaire playboy who canât stand the holidays.
A recluse of the worst kind.
Sterling makes Scrooge look like a generous soul
⦠except Ebenezer was never this sexy.
He doesnât want a familyâ until the night we have a spontaneous one-night stand, and we run out of condoms.
I canât have a baby with a disorganized, free spirit like him.
Between my overprotective brothers and his crazy fans, I already know this isnât going to work out.
Except Sterling isnât willing to let me go.
He wants me home for the holidays
⦠and this is my last chance to make a Christmas miracle happen.
One thing I know for sure: when Sterling and I collide, itâs going to be anything but a silent night.
Funny, touching, and delightful, this smoking hot billionaire holiday rom-com by Claudia Burgoa will make you feel the magic of Christmas.

âThatâs only the office. My office. The rest of the house is gray, white, and black,â I explain as I show him all the pictures. âThe master bedroom is going to be pink because of the bedding, but Iâll take it with me.â
He looks at me suspiciously and says, âFine, you have good taste. Get neutral bedding, Iâm not sleeping on a pink bed.â
Youâre not sleeping with me,I donât say.
âWe just need a Christmas tree,â I add, wondering if I should buy an artificial one or a pine.
Scanning the house where weâre at, I find the perfect spot and walk toward it. âHere.â
âWhatâs happening there?â Sterlingâs frown deepens.
âThatâs where weâre setting the Christmas tree,â I answer, already thinking about the colors that will fit the house. âWhat do you have in storage? Any red or gold ornaments? I mean, if you already have a color scheme, Iâll work with it, but shades of red and gold would pop with your decor.â
Sterling looks at me. More like he gives me a nasty glare. âWe donât do Christmas or celebrate any holidays. The only colors I have in this house are in my studios and well, you. Their only purpose is to create art.â
I frown and place my hands on my hips. âIâm a color?â
He grins and winks at me. âA very special one but letâs not digress.â
âWhat are you saying? Iâm not allowed to have a Christmas tree and fill my space with cheer and joy.â
âYou can do it for the rental. Thatâs your place for the next year and you can set Santaâs Workshop in there if you want to.â
âYouâre judging me.â
âNot at all. Just wondering how we can get the pine here and weâll need decorations,â I continue and turn to look at Beckett. âYou seem like a resourceful man. Can you make this happen for us?â
Beckett smirks. âRed and gold?â
âAdd some silver too it if you can find it. And if you see some decorations thatâll go with the ornaments, send me pictures before you buy them. The place looks bare.â
âNo,â Sterling protests.
âIâll have the team work on it. Weâll help you trim once we have what you need, Miss Spearman.â
âThank you, Beck.â
âJuniper, I swear,â Sterling utters, his face is red, and itâs kind of funny to see him flustered.
âYeah, you can swear. Iâve heard you for the past week. Also, I know you can use some holiday cheer and Iâm here to share it with you.â
âOver my dead body.â He sounds stern.
âBeck might be able to do that too if you insist,â I say. âHe seems to be trained to take down bad guys and I bet he knows how to hide your body and make your disappearance look like a holiday miracle.â
He doesnât say a word, but I see thereâs a smile playing on his lips.
