Hollywood is a temptress, a trickster, a soul-stealing devil. I married an A-list player, knowing I come second place to his craft. But Lucas and I are a golden couple, a modern-day fairy tale.

I’ve never doubted what we built...until the sudden death of Lucas’s best friend has scandal rocking the Hills and shaking the foundation of our relationship.

I chose Lucas as my safe haven...he chose the role of a lifetime.

For the next three months, I’ll share my nights with a stranger, watching as he buries his pain, immersed in his role and living as someone else.

We’ve done this before. I tell myself it’s just another movie, and he’ll return to me.

I should’ve known this time would be different.

To get my husband back, I’ll need the strength of ten men.

As it turns out, I’ll have to go through two.

4 Heart Review by Ashley

It is no secret that I love Kate Stewart's writing. She was a way of making me swoon and laugh and sweat and ache like no one else. But holy what in the world did I just read? Method started with a bang and I was dying to know how things got to that point.

I have to start with Mila. She was such a strong woman. But also kind and vulnerable. She loved her husband fiercely and unconditionally. She understood the rules. But when Lucas starts breaking them, all bets were off. Did he have his reasons, sure. Lucas was so consumed with his grief he couldn't see the future he'd always wanted was crumbling. Does that make what he did, what he put Mila through acceptable? Nope. And she let him know it.

The alternating timelines only added to the overall feeling of- where did this all go wrong? Seeing Lucas and Mila fall in love gave me the butterflies. Seeing Hollywood's golden couple fall apart upped the feel factor. It was all building up to this, and when the bottom dropped out, and all the puzzle pieces clicked into place, everything changed. I was as shattered as Mila.

Kudos Kate Stewart- you got me good with this Method. I was equal parts confused and hopeful and anxious as I read. Mostly because I had absolutely no idea how everything between Lucas and Mila was going to pan out. I was hoping for the fairy tale HEA but what I got was so much more than I expected. It was an ending even Hollywood couldn't write.

5 Heart Review by Lorena

Kate Stewart's books are always top reads for me no matter what. I can go in blind without reading the synopsis and just jump into whatever story she has to tell us next, without batting an eyelash.

Man can Kate Stewart write a damn good book. she wrote such a compelling, unique and fantastic story that will keep you up all hours of the night just trying to hurry up and finish reading because you want to get to the part where everything just unravels beautifully.

Method was very different than what I am used to reading, it had me thinking and it had my full attention because there was nothing I could miss otherwise I'd probably feel lost after. But to say the least, it's a book you will not soon forget about.

This book is about marriage, hardships and ups and downs. I suppose being married to an actor is not an easy feat, but nobody said that life would be, regardless if the person is a famous star or not ;)

A Texas native, Kate Stewart lives in North Carolina with her husband, Nick, and her naughty beagle, Sadie. She pens messy, sexy, angst-filled contemporary romance as well as romantic comedy and erotic suspense because it's what she loves as a reader. Kate is a lover of all things '80s and '90s, especially John Hughes films and rap. She dabbles a little in photography, can knit a simple stitch scarf for necessity, and on occasion, does very well at whiskey.
