The story about Caden and Greyson just keeps getting better and better. We get to know them more and more and try to understand them better with each book that comes out in this series.

I love how connected they are and what great lengths they will go to help each other. Caden suffers from his traumas and Greyons is there no matter what to help her husband and she's trying to understand him and doing her damndest to help him in any way she can.

These two test their love in any way they possibly can and I am absolutely loving this series. CD Reiss knows how to spin her dark, suspenseful and thrilling books and the weaves and twists she gives us is what makes these books so darn amazing!

I can't wait to see what the conclusion is going to be when it comes to these two.

As each book in this series ends, I wind up with more and more questions. Kind of. I have questions, but then again, I don't really have questions. Most things are answered in these books, I guess my mind just doesn't fully comprehend them.

The whole storyline is unique. I don't think there's a book out there like these ones. Where the main guy has PTSD and a dissociation where he craves hurting his wife in the bedroom. It just hasn't been done before and that really makes this series awesome.

I like that the majority of this book takes place overseas. I think that C.D. Reiss does an excellent job when it comes to describing the attacks over there and what it's like to be a soldier, a psychologist, and a surgeon in Baghdad.

I'm anxiously awaiting the last installment of this series. It's a total mindfuck and will leave you guessing the whole way through.
