Putting this list together was harder than I thought it would be. Only because I already picture my characters as people so choosing different people to play them just didn’t feel right. So I searched and scoured, and feel like these actors and actresses best fit the ideas I have of who’s who in Road to Eugenica.

Alexandrea (Drea) Smith – Ella Fanning (with red hair of course) I think her style is versatile enough to play meek Drea at first and kick ass Drea by the end.

Dylan Alonzo – Cody Christian – With that hair and that body nothing scream the look of Dylan more than Cody.

Maddox Georgas – Jacob Artist – Jacob is like the trifecta of acting. He sings, dances and acts, and anyone who needs to play Maddox needs to be good at a lot of things to keep up with Drea.

The Green-eyed Man – Chris Hemsworth – He’s got this brooding almost frightening way about him, and because he’s been the good-guy, Thor I think it would be great to see him in the role of the villain.

Drea’s dad (Roy) – Jack Black – Drea’s dad is funny, charming, and loveable and when I think of all of these things I think of Jack Black.

Drea’s mom (Susan) – Charlize Theron – Drea’s mom is a little more mysterious. She’s tough and completely no-nonsense. Charlize can be that intimidating figure in Drea’s life.

About A.M. Rose:

A.M. Rose is the author of Road to Eugenica, and writer of young adult novels of all genres as long as they have a hint of romance, the drinker of too much coffee (with way too much coconut creamer), and lover of all carbohydrates.

Currently, she lives in Houston, TX with her three boys (yes, her husband is in that count) and three cats. When she isn’t writing about swoony boys or ways for her MC to get into trouble, she is an avid reader, critiquer, (is that even a word?) and trampoline enthusiast.

A.M. Rose is a graduate from San Diego State University with a BA in Communication and a minor in underwater basket weaving. (Okay, maybe not the basket weaving part.)
