I have really enjoyed this series. Unfortunately, there were some really big issues with this book that made reading it very difficult in some places.

I have to give this book 3.5 stars because more often than not, I had no clue whether it was day or night, and it would have been very beneficial to know that. Also, there would be spots where a character would be doing something and then the next paragraph they would be doing something completely different and there was no transition or break to indicate that they had completed the previous action and moved on to the next.

For example, Tess would be in the shower and then the next paragraph she'd be at the bar drinking Jack Daniels with Morgan. It was annoying because I'm like, how did she get there?

Other than that, the book was good. We were in Trigger, Tess, and Allen's points of view. It made it more suspenseful knowing what Allen was up to, but at the same time, not knowing when it's going to hit. And Tess and Trigger are explosive together.
