I’m a man’s man. A bro. A pal. A dude. And I love women.
Am I a saint? Far from it. Do I go out with a lot of women? You’re damn right. I date them all. Shy. Loud. Too busy. Lonely. High maintenance. No confidence. No filter. Bad habits. Naive. Beautiful ones. Pretty ones—and believe me there is a difference, but that’s another soap box. Point is, I don’t discriminate. What do I get out of it? Knowledge. I want to be prepared, adept, and ready. I might find the perfect woman for me today or a few years from now, but I won’t stop until I do. Then when The One comes along, I’ll be ready to go the distance. Ready to go all the way. I’m Cord Taylor, and, lady of my dreams, I’m coming for you. 4.5 Star Review by Ashley
This book! My goodness this book!! I didn't even read the synopsis and maybe I should've because I was expecting M. Mabie's typical angst overload but that wasn't what I got at all. Instead, I got a super tall (and sexy) dose of humor and heart.
I LOVED the dynamic between Cord and Dana. They were both who they were, unapologetically so, and they accepted it. They just wanted someone else to do the same. Cord (yum) with his almost shy self confidence could've come off as cocky but he wasn't. He was so dang likeable that I wanted to grab a beer with him. And Dana, as fiery as her hair wasn't afraid to go for who and what she wanted, and she wanted Cord- badly. As much as they tried- while they were steaming it up all over the place- to resist it, there was a connection that was impossible to deny. I could see the potential for happily ever after from the first meeting. Cord was feeling it and Dana was, too. But, Dana being the strong willed woman that she is- was sticking to her plan. Even when her heart and head were telling her otherwise. Le Sigh. That ending- I swooned so stinking hard if I hadn't been sitting down I might've fell over. For serious. Dana and Cord just were- I can't think of another way to say it. I will say (Spoiler Alert) All the Way is a long read. It took me a few days to get through but I didn't care in the least because it is full of goodness that I didn't want it to end. 4.0 Star Review by Lorena This book had me in stitches. This was definitely a rom com for me, I highly enjoyed this book, it was sexy, sassy and totally swoon worthy and HOT! Cord and Dana sure were the perfect match for each other and I loved Dana's sassiness. Together they were definitely a couple that had you totally laughing your butt off. Cord wasn't into serious dating and he just hadn't found the perfect woman for him to settle down with .... until Dana that is! Dana was tired of hot men because they weren't the serious type and only were good for a quick romp. She was looking for a serious relationship and was willing to settle down for just the ordinary down to earth type of guy and forget the hot ones because those obviously weren't interested in settling down. But when Dana and Cord meet and start to get to know each other, they both think they know what they want but they do nothing but confuse each other because they obviously are thinking the same but not speaking their minds. They're just assuming what they think is that the other wants. Obviously tired of hiding from all their friends, they want to come out in the open but Dana thinks Cord is looking for a way out of their tryst, but Cord wants to get serious with Dana and she has it all wrong. This book had me up all night laughing and swooning. Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this fantastic read! About the Author
