A vacation romance between two people who couldn't be more different if they tried? Throw a bit of danger into the mix and it made Personal Protection my first read from Tiffany Patterson.

I really liked Mia. She may not have had all the answers but she was taking her life back. Doing something that was going to make her happy and proud. And it started with a trip where she just so happened to run right into the mountain of a man that is Brutus.

I liked seeing these two self-proclaimed workaholics take time for themselves. Find something besides the job in one another. If only Mia's past would leave her be....I can honestly say I didn't see that twist coming. Whew! From start to finish Brutus and Mia's whirlwind romance was steamy and sweet.
