I have been waiting for Maggie and Cameron's book since these two butted heads in the first book of this series. And let me say, Kristen Proby did not disappoint. Of course the entire O'Callaghn family was present and there were a few surprise guests who popped up as well. I absolutely LOVED seeing Maggie come back to herself after the drama of her past had done nothing but bring her down. A large part of that was Cam. His patience and the way he gave her back her voice (literally). The way he stood beside her and let her ask for what she wanted. Even when he couldn't tell her everything... Take a Chance With Me is the type of romance I love to get swept away in. Give me family and friendships. A small town that feels like coming home. Give me heat and humor and just the right touch of drama. Maggie and Cameron's friends to lovers romance was steamy and romantic and had me swooning all over the island.
