Thereâs a fine line between love and hateâ¦
Tess Walker is game for anythingâexcept world-renowned photographer Beau Allen, the guy who inadvertently sent her life into a downward spiral. It has taken Tess years to find herself and become a person she can be proud of. Now Beau is back and making a play for her heartâ¦a play sheâs not sure she wants him to make. The more he pushes, the more her walls crumble, and Tess soon discovers that his sweet kisses and even sweeter words might be just what sheâs been looking for in life.
And Tess Walker hates Beau Allenâ¦
Beau Allen has it all: loving family, plentiful friends, and a job that sends him all over the world. What he doesnât have is a homeâor a reason to make one. Living out of a suitcase isnât ideal, but heâs perfectly content. That is, until a beautiful woman barrels her way into his life and has him second-guessing everything. Tess is nothing like the women heâs used to and everything like the woman he wants. Grounded, strong, funny, sweet, and sexy. Did he mention sexy? Her curves make it hard for him to think, and his lifeâs mission soon becomes making her laugh and sigh and moan, because he really likes it when she moans. But Beau isnât used to sticking around. Still, heâs hoping sheâll give him a reason to stay.
4 Star Review by Ashley
I think this is my favorite book in K.L. Grayson's Dirty Dicks series! And yes- there are glimpses of the other couples from the series sprinkled in the pages of Crazy Beautiful Love. I liked that Tess and Beau's journey was a bit emotional and rooted in pain and forgiveness.

(Kristen Proby Crossover Collection)
Releasing March 12, 2019
K.L. Grayson resides in a small town outside of St. Louis, MO. She is entertained daily by her extraordinary husband, who will forever inspire every good quality she writes in a man. Her entire life rests in the palms of six dirty little hands, and when the day is over and those pint-sized cherubs have been washed and tucked into bed, you can find her typing away furiously on her computer. She has a love for alpha-males, brownies, reading, tattoos, sunglasses, and happy endingsâ¦and not particularly in that order.
Title: Everything's Better with Kimberly
Author: Lucy Eden
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 31, 2019
Kimberly Simmons is gorgeous, brilliant, and way out of my league. Sheâs definitely not the type to fall for a guy who walked away from his family's fortune to become an architect. Good thing, too, because she works for Wolfe Industries, making her completely off-limits. Nailing this pitch to Wolfeâs CEO is exactly what I need to make my bosses forget about the last time I mixed business with pleasure. Too bad she has the most beautiful brown eyes and dazzling smile Iâve ever seen. Too bad I canât stop staring.
Adam Price is a talented rising star architect at Will and Peking Designs. His newest design submission for The Wolfe Industries Caribbean Expansion is set to dazzle my CEO. If Adam's design wins, with my help, I could get promoted, which means his big strong arms and gorgeous lips are strictly forbidden. Itâs a good thing, too, because he has a reputation for leaving a trail of broken hearts all over Manhattan and Iâm pretty sure I couldn't survive a second heartbreak. Too bad every word he says makes me smile. Too bad he gives me a sense of calm I haven't felt in a long time.
Keeping their relationship strictly professional for the sake of their jobs was the perfect excuse to stay away from each other. Too bad fate and undeniable chemistry have other plansâ¦
This standalone, workplace/forced proximity romance features characters from the previous novellas Everythingâs Better With You and Cherishing the Goddess, is full of alphas and steam, and has NO cheating.
ADD TO GOODREADS
âIâm sorry to interrupt you, but are you Adam Price?â It was his turn to be shocked and he smiled again.
âI am. How did you know that?â
The Man-Whore. I was sitting next to the Man-Whore.
âJust a guess.â I shrugged.
âWell, I assume from your sudden change of expression, my reputation precedes me.â
My poker face needed some serious work. I tried to plaster on a professional smile. âYou studied architecture at The Pratt Institute for both undergrad and grad school. Youâve worked on an impressive number of international projects before becoming the youngest senior architect at Will and Peking Design. Now, youâre on your way to Barbados to pitch WP for a hospitality project for Wolfe Industries.â
âThatâs pretty impressive and spot on.â He nodded appreciatively. âWho are you?â
âThanks,â I said with a nod, feeling like Iâd dodged a very uncomfortable bullet. âIâm Kimberly Simmons. I work for Wolfe. Iâll be working with you on the pitch.â
Lucy Eden is the nom de plume of a romance obsessed author who writes the kind of romance she loves to read. Sheâs a sucker for alphas with a soft gooey center, over the top romantic gestures, strong & smart MCs, humor, love at first sight (or pretty damn close), happily ever afters & of course, dirty & steamy love scenes.
When Lucy isnât writing, sheâs busy readingâor listening toâevery book she can get her hands onâ romance or otherwise.
She lives & loves in New York with her husband, two children, a turtle & a Yorkshire Terrier.
SHE BELONGS TO MY ENEMY. I WON’T STOP UNTIL SHE’S MINE.
I’m the ultimate predator. I live by a code. Hunt or be hunted. Kill or be killed.
Then I meet her. The second I catch her scent, I know she was meant for me. She was born to wear my mark and I was born to protect her.
She belonged to my enemy until I took her. He wants her back. He’ll wage war to get her, but no one’s taking her from me.
She’s mine, and I’m not letting her go.
Grizz bends over the stove, his corded biceps bunching as he stirs the sizzling meat. He covers the pan and heads to the fridge, rummaging around there for another package wrapped in butcher’s paper. He moves fluidly for such a big guy. His powerful bulk flows from the fridge to the stove and the controlled grace of his movements makes my breath flutter in my chest.
My fox is fascinated by him. I have to admit, she has a point. He’s so large and rugged, he belongs on a mountain, chopping down trees. On a construction site, working with his hands. Or in a war zone, unleashing the violence I sense inside him. Watching him cook in the kitchen is like having Godzilla knit you a sweater. The great and powerful executing the mundane. Every little domestic thing he does is a miracle.
“What is this?” A rough thumb traces my shivering pulse. His anger vibrates through me, but somehow my fox knows it’s not directed at me. I lie docile in his grip, obedient when he tips me up to meet his blazing eyes. He’s close to shifting.
I put my hand to my neck. As soon as my fingers touch the seam running up my neck, I remember. “It’s nothing,” I tell him. “A bite.”
“That’s not a bite,” the bear growls. “He fucking gnawed on you.”
I can only nod. My vampire master usually fed neatly from the artery, but that night he’d wanted to punish me.
Then my captor does something I’d never in a million years expect. Both his big hands settle around my head, gently angling my head back to study the old wound.
“Scarred,” he murmurs. “Takes a lot for a shifter to scar. There’s only one way for sure to do it.”
I nod. I know how shifters scar. The marks on my neck are like a brand, signalling my weakness. Telling any shifter who knows the signs that I’m vampire food. I’m scarred like a human.
I close my stinging eyes. I’m so sick of being a victim.
“Hey,” his thumb strokes my chin. “It’s okay. The scars aren’t so bad. I didn’t even notice it before.”
My face crumples further and he tugs me close, saying gruffly, “Didn’t mean to hurt you.” His voice is gravelly but his arms around me are gentle. “Now,” he sets me back an inch so I can see his face, “we’re gonna lie down and sleep. It’s been a long night and you need it. No more running.”
I bite my lip. I can’t promise that.
A rumble like an avalanche from the rock hard chest. “You run, I won’t like it. There’ll be consequences. Understand?” His thick fingers squeeze my nape, not choking but hard enough to make my spine go limp, signalling submission.
“Yes,” I answer. “I understand.” I understand consequences real well.
I wait but he doesn’t move, doesn’t shift his grip. I’m beginning to think he’s gonna hold me like this all day when he kneads my neck a little and tips my head back to meet his gaze. His eyes are light, his bear still close, but he looks calm, thoughtful. The rough stubble and jagged scar make him look rugged, not ugly.
That’s when it really hits me: he’s scarred, like me.
“Name?” he asks.
I blink at him, still wondering about the scar. Shifters don’t scar easy, he said. How did he get his?
“Name, Kit. What do I call you?”
“Me? Oh. Jordy.”
He grunts in acknowledgement and drops his hand. I immediately miss it’s comforting weight. I catch his hand before he can pull away. He stills as if my soft touch freezes him. Which I know it might--my hands are always cold. But I’m no match for a shifter, any shifter really, much less one of this bear’s size and weight.
“What’s your name?” I ask. A part of me is shocked by my brazenness. Another part of me is too curious to keep from asking, too eager to get to know him to let him go.
“Grizz. Short for Grizzly.”
I cock my head to the side. “That your real name?”
“Nope.” He moves away as if to underscore the point that his nickname is all I’m gonna get. I wipe my face of disappointment as he gets up from the bed.
“Here,” he’s back, shoving a carton in my face. “You need to drink.”
He watches as I drain half the carton. “You need the bathroom?” he asks as I hand it back.
He sits and turns off the light. In the darkness, my senses go on alert. Grizz is a big shape next to me, warm and golden. My fox sees the world through scent, and to her the grizzly is a softly glowing sun. He smells comforting and familiar, like sugar cookies or gingerbread.
The bed creaks as he sits down and I push back to the wall. “What are you doing?” I squeak. Not because I’m frightened of him, but because I’m excited, and my eagerness frightens me.
“Gonna get some shuteye. You too. We have a long day after this, after an even longer night.”
I lick my lips, considering. “You’re keeping me here?”
“For now. No more roaming.” He gives me a dominant push. “No sneaking out.”
“What are you gonna do with me?”
“Nothing bad. Just sleep.” His voice drops an octave. “Do I have to order you?”
If he does, I won’t be able to wake up and try to get out of here. Until the order wears off, I won’t be able to get up at all.
“No, no,” I say. “I’ll sleep.” I burrow deeper into the covers, curling around a pillow. After a moment, the bed creaks as he does the same.
We both settle in side by side, back to back, and even though we’re not touching, I can feel him close to me.
“It wasn’t locked,” he says gruffly after a while.
“The cage wasn’t locked. You told me your master put you there, but the cage wasn’t locked.”
“Oh,” is all I can think to say.
“You could’ve left at any time, but you didn’t. Why?”
“To please my master.”
“He’s not a very good master.”
“He saved me. He provides for me and protects me. “ I swallow anything else I would say. Augustine isn’t perfect, but he’s delivered on everything he promised. That’s all I can ask for. I owe him my loyalty, and my life.
“He loaned you out, beat you, fed from you. Then locked you in a cage.”
“The cage is my home.”
He sighs as if he understands but wishes he didn’t. “You going to be okay without it?”
“I’ll be good,” I promise in a whisper.
“That’s not what I meant. Does your fox need the cage to feel safe?”
“No.” I lick my lips, wanting to explain that I already feel safe with him. “The cage...it was more for my master’s benefit. My master doesn’t know how to handle my fox. Once, she bit him.”
“Your master Augustine. A vampire.” His tone is dry.
“He should be able to fucking handle it. In any case, turnabout’s fair play.” he mumbles the last part.
“I mean, He’s biting you,” The big guy strokes the scar on my neck. “Maybe your fox doesn’t like it. Maybe she thought to give him a taste of his own fangs.”
I giggle, even though it’s not funny. My master was so angry when my fox acted out. He didn’t let me out of the cage for days.
When I explain this, the big man’s face gets dark. Scary dark. My fox pokes up her head, fascinated. I’m smarter. I sit quietly.
“Maybe you need a new master.”
“Grab some dresses.”
“What type?” she asks. She looks up at me, so sweet and trusting. If only she knew what I want to do to her.
“Fuck if I know. Dresses. I like these.” I turn her away from me, towards a rack of floral, flouncy outfits.
She fingers them. “They’re pretty. “
I grab a few, including the ones she touched longingly.
Blushing, she swaps them out. “I’m not an extra small.”
“You’re extra small to me.”
Before she can leave to try on the dresses, I stop her. “Panties too. Did you forget?”
“No,” she flushes. “I don’t usually wear them.”
I growl. “Out here you wear them. In the house you can go bare.”
“Is that an order?” she asks. I’m about to pull her into a dressing room and bend over over when I realize she’s teasing.
Growling I stomp off, pushing the cart so no one can see my raging hard on. She takes a moment to change, so I’ve barely got myself under control before she finds me.
“Is this okay?” she calls. She’s in a little dress, a floral thing with straps that leave her arms bare. It hugs her body, showing off her slight curves. She looks sweet and wholesome and innocent, and I’m just a big old grumpy bear.
“Yes. Good. Get a few of those.”
“Do you want me to wear it today?”
Yes. I want you to wear it while I drive us back to my den, your head in my lap. Then I want to carry you to my bed, rip it off and fuck you until you cum.
“Not today,” I manage to growl. “Got shit to do. Something practical.”
“Okay, Grizz.” She skips off.
I hide behind a display of jackets and adjust my jeans. Dress shopping with Jordy--not happening again. I’m turning into a fucking pervert. There’s an easy solution: get her home, tie her to my bed. But that’s not why I took her. I’ve got a job to do.
“Here,” I reach behind me and pull out another bag from the pile on the backseat. “I almost forgot. I grabbed these while you were in getting dresses. I hand her a pack of colored pencils and an adult coloring book. Her eyes go wide but she takes them before the light turns green and I hit the gas.
“Saw you doodling on my stuff,” I keep my eyes on the road.
“Don’t apologize. It looked really good. I figured you’d like to do it, if you’re grabbing pieces of trash to doodle on.”
“I do,” she holds the book and pencils to her like an award for best submissive in club Toxic. Like it’s a treasure.
“Well, now you don’t have to use trash. I’ll get you a sketchpad, too, if you want.”
Her face lights up. She’s practically bouncing in her seat, so sweet and beautiful my chest tightens.
“Thank you, thank you,” she breathes and before I can stop her, leans in to give me a peck on my scarred cheek. My cock perks up and I’m a second away from letting her know how she can show her gratitude when she pulls away and looks up at me adoringly. Fates, just the look on her face is enough to get me off. No good. I gotta shut this down.
“It doesn’t mean anything.” I announce and she pulls back, still glowing.
“I know.” she says, but she’s lying. But, when it all comes down to it, so am I.
As soon as we pull into the industrial area, Grizz changes. His face hardens, his eyes locking on a nondescript warehouse on one side of a long chain link fence. A few cars are parked close to it, but he parks far away.
“What is this place?”
“No man’s land. Not shifter, not vampire. They both claim it, though. But everyone knows what happens here is off the radar. Doesn’t count. No retaliation allowed.”
My eyes trail back to the building. “Retaliation for what?”
“You’ll see. Here,’ he shrugs out of his jacket. “Put this on.” He continues I scramble to obey, “When you’re here, you’re my property.”
The statement gives me zings in my things, and he notices it. “Not like that. I’m not collaring you.”
I put my hand to my neck. The vampire’s scar is clear enough mark of ownership. Grizz thinks so too, his face turns dark. “You don’t belong to him.” His hand surrounds my neck, a living collar. His fingers are rough against my skin. His face dips to mine and he growls. “He mistreated you, and I stepped in. Shoulda done it sooner. Would’ve, if I’d known. Now you’re in my care. That means when we’re here, stay close, stay quiet, follow my lead. You understand?”
“Yeah. Like high protocol.”
His brow wrinkles. “Not sure what that means, Kit.”
“It means you want me to behave a certain way, and if I don’t, there’ll be consequences. High alert for both of us.”
His fingers gentle, stroke my scar. “High alert is right. In my den, it’s safer, we don’t need protocols. Here, one false move could be dangerous. I wouldn’t bring you here, but did want to leave you alone. So stick with me, I’ll get you through. Got it?”
“Grizz,” I catch his hand. “I know you told me not to run. It’s nothing personal. I’m bound to Augustine. I….owe him.”
“You owe him nothing. Not that I can see.” Now he strokes my cheek and I find it hard to breath. “It’s okay. It’s the way you’re wired, I’m getting that. I’m going to work on it though. Maybe you owe me more than him, you’ll forget him, yeah?”
I nod, swallowing on a dry throat. I like the sound of that. Way, way too much.

BlurbAddison Walker is every fantasy I never dared to believe in.
Moving to this town was already monumental.
Finding her removes any lingering doubt.
She’s bold and vibrant.
Beautiful and confident.
Far too good for the likes of me.
Luckily, I’m not good at avoiding temptation.
My desire is growing beyond control.
I’m done watching on the sidelines.
When opportunity strikes, I eagerly take advantage.
Signing on the dotted line before thinking twice.
The repercussions cross my mind far too late.
When she swiftly sticks me in the friend-zone, there’s not a damn thing I can do about it.
Addison is just down the hall—might as well be miles away.
Temptation drives me to the edge of sanity.
She speaks to my deepest cravings like a siren.
Our chemistry blurs every line.
This battle seems impossible to win.
Yet my determination doesn’t wane.
It only takes one night to change everything.
After all, I didn’t wait all this time to settle for less.
“Are you sure?” Because she isn’t acting like it.
“Yeah, this will solve the questioning.” That doesn’t sound so great.
I rock back on my heels. “About?”
Splotches of red stain her cheeks. “Ah, well... if this,” she motions between us, “was heading in a romantic direction.”
I feel the blood drain from my face. “What do you mean?”
“If we’re living together, the potential of us dating is zippo. We’ll be roommates and friends, but that’s all. Otherwise it will be awkward and tense and blah. No, thanks. Setting this boundary will cut out the possibility.”
I choke on the brick lodged in my throat. “Wait, what?”
“Can you imagine the mess we’d be stuck in if things went sour? Better to not chance it, right?”
No, no, no.
I blink slowly, trying to process her words. Is this an unwritten rule I wasn’t aware of? And what, now I’m trapped in the friend-zone? I avert my eyes, glaring at a neon sign stuck to the far wall. An outcome that doesn’t involve us as a couple seems impossible. I rapidly search for a counter-argument, begging for a way out of this mess.
What the hell happens now?
Addison licks her lips. “So, uh, what’s your nickname?”
I shrug. “Don’t really have one.”
“Well, we can’t have that.”
I rest an elbow on the table. “No?”
She taps her chin. “How about sugar or cupcake? You’re a big dessert fan.” I wince, and she laughs. “Yeah, those are bad.” Her eyes flick to mine. “What about honey?”
“Because I’m so sweet?”
Addison’s lashes flutter. “Uh, maybe. Um, never mind. Maybe something related to work?”
“Like bolt or wrench?”
She huffs. “Ugh, no.”
I gesture toward Trey. “The guys at Jacked Up call me rookie. Makes sense since I am one in many ways.”
Addison blinks slowly. “And your last name.”
I want to smack my forehead. “That too.”
Her green eyes light up. “Rooks? That’s got a nice ring to it. And it’s the little tower piece in chess. You’re the corner of our castle, holding it up.”
My body gets warm when she whispers that. Whenever she ties us together in any capacity, my ego swells tenfold. I stretch to sit taller, my shoulders and chest expanding.
“I like Rooks.”
“Me too,” she murmurs.

Title: The Break-Up Bet
Author: Cat Carmine
Genre: Standalone Romantic Comedy
Release Date: January 31, 2019
Never make a bet with a man who plays to win...
Especially not a man like handsome, arrogant Connor Pratt.
AKA the huge PITA who’s currently crashing in my spare room.
AKA my brother’s best friend since they were about six.
AKA the one guy who still makes me feel like an awkward tongue-tied loser.
But when Connor moved in, I got a glimpse of another side of him. Because, like me, Connor’s going through a nasty break-up. And, like me, he’s just doing whatever he can to get through it.
Unfortunately, his method involves drinking alarming amounts of whiskey and watching a lot of, um … movies … that make every inch of my skin flush.
I’m just trying to be helpful when I tell him that he should try my way: copious amounts of baked goods, sappy romantic comedies, and late nights spent whining with girlfriends.
But I should have known Connor would take that as a challenge.
Now, he says he’ll try my way of dealing with a break-up … but only if I agree to try his. Six months rent to the person whose method works best.
We call it the break-up bet. And I’m going to win. Except right now, it feels like there’s a whole lot more at stake than just rent money…

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
With over 2.4 million books sold worldwide, Laurelin Paige is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling Author. Her international success started with her very first series, the Fixed Trilogy, which, alone, has sold over 1 million copies, and earned her the coveted #1 spot on Amazon’s bestseller list in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia, simultaneously. This title also was named in People magazine as one of the top 10 most downloaded books of 2014. She’s also been #1 over all books at the Apple Book Store with more than one title in more than one country. She’s published both independently and with MacMillan’s St. Martin’s Press and Griffin imprints as well as many other publishers around the world including Harper Collins in Germany and Hachette/Little Brown in the U.K. With her edgy, trope-flipped stories of smart women and strong men, she’s managed to secure herself among today’s romance royalty. Paige has a Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theater and a Masters of Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis, and she credits her writing success to what she learned from both programs, though she’s also an avid learner, constantly trying to challenge her mind with new and exciting ideas and concepts. While she loves psychological thrillers and witty philosophical books and entertainment, she is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead, or dreaming of Michael Fassbender. She's also a proud member of Mensa International though she doesn't do anything with the organization except use it as material for her bio. She is represented by Rebecca Friedman.

A brand new evocative and poignant standalone from USA TODAY Bestseller Renee Carlino releasing on AUGUST 20th, 2019!
In this evocative and poignant novel from the USA TODAY bestselling author of Blind Kiss and Wish You Were Here, a young widow in the midst of grieving her late husband through Facebook posts learns to heal and fall in love again.
“See you on the other side.”
Laya Marston’s husband, Cameron, a daredevil enthusiast, always said this before heading off on his next adventure. He was the complete opposite of her, ready and willing to dive off a cliff-face, or parachute across a canyon—and Laya loved him for it. But she was different: pragmatic, regimented, devoted to her career and to supporting Cameron from the sidelines of his death-defying feats.
Opposites attract, right?
But when Cameron dies suddenly and tragically, all the stages of grief go out the window. Laya becomes lost in denial, living in the delusion that Cameron will come back to her. She begins posting on his Facebook page, reminiscing about their life together, and imagining new adventures for the two of them.
Micah Evans, a young and handsome architect at Laya’s father’s firm, is also stuck––paralyzed by the banal details of his career, his friendships, and his love life. He doesn’t know what he’s looking for, only that there is someone out there who can bring energy and spirit to the humdrum of his life.
When Micah discovers Laya’s tragic and bizarre Facebook posts, he’s determined to show Laya her life is still worth living. Leaving her anonymous gifts and notes, trying to recreate the sense of adventure she once shared with her late husband, Micah finds a new passion watching Laya come out of the darkness. And Laya finds a new joy in the experiences Micah has created for her.
But for Laya, letting another man in still feels like a betrayal to her late husband. Even though Micah may be everything she could wish for, she wonders if she deserves to find happiness again.
Written with Renée Carlino’s signature “tender and satisfying” (Taylor Jenkins Reid, author of Maybe in Another Life) prose, this warm and compassionate novel shows us how powerful the courage to love and live again truly is.
