Like she couldn’t stop staring at him. Then he turned and locked eyes with her. Her heart had actually tripped over itself. Not once in her life had she ever experienced such a reaction to anything. Chills raced over her body that had nothing to do with the cool temperatures and everything to do with the enigmatic, baffling man who held her utterly spellbound. His smile was both sensual and secretive. She didn’t remember what he said after he walked to her. It had been a question, and she’d agreed. The next thing she knew, they were having coffee.
