Wow, this third installment of the Chianti Kisses Series was outstanding. So much at stake -- you're life, your business, your family and your friends. What can Dom possibly do to make everything right?? He has a lot on his plate now that he's BOSS but that's not what he wants, he doesn't want this responsibility, he had made a promise to V that he would make her first before anything and he's keen on keeping his promise. He doesn't want to be responsible for taking over the family legacy, he wants to spend time with his wife and now soon to be baby.

There are secrets that tie them and he needs to find out the truth about V's father and his father, what exactly happened so he starts making his investigations. He can't lose V, he loves her and now they have a baby on the way. He also needs to protect her. He doesn't want anything to happen to her or their baby. But he needs answers and he needs them now.

Once the "big" secret comes out, can V forgive and move forward? Can she accept the reasons why everything was done the way it was? V loves Dom to death and she will do anything for this man, but can she forgive him and his family for whatever comes about this big secret.

I have to say that these mafia books are very interesting and intriguing. I couldn't stop reading this book and I absolutely loved it. The way the author unraveled everything and the strong characters she had in her books makes this an outstanding series!
