That awkward moment when you insult the boss on your first day on the job. Yeah, that just happened. In my defense, if I’d known it was Connor Colby of the Colby’s Chocolates and Candies empire standing by the display dressed in a candy cane-striped suit, I never would have opened my mouth to tell him that their signature chocolate bar sucked. How was I supposed to know he was the boss man? He was in town temporarily to help save his father’s company. I was only there for a payday to jump start my art career. I had one job—help him come up with a rock solid marketing plan. The task included long nights and late dinners working by Connor’s side. It did not include kisses, sex in the supply closet, or … worst yet, falling in love. Why is that so bad you ask? Because the man is leaving right after our mission is complete. Job done. Finito. Will our sweet love turn into sour patched tear jerkers or will he be my big hunk, now & later and forever?

Written like your favorite drama television show, the Palm South University series has been called "a mix of Greek meets Gossip Girl with a dash of Friends." Follow seven college students as they maneuver unrequited love, teacher/student romance, the tangles of “no strings” relationships, love triangles and more. Each “season” has six “episodes,” and just like when your favorite show hits Netflix, you can read just one episode at a time or binge the entire thing. With the perfect mix of angst, emotional romance, and romantic comedy, the Palm South University series is your next guilty addiction. Drama. Lies. Sex. Welcome to Palm South University. The weather isn’t the only thing heating up in South Florida. At a school where fraternities and sororities don’t exactly play by the rules, relationships are bound to be tested. Parties and sex are definitely key ingredients in the Palm South recipe, but what happens when family issues, secret lives, and unrequited love get tossed in the mix? Follow Cassie, Bear, Jess, Skyler, Erin, Ashlei, and Adam as they tackle college at a small, private beach town university. Written in television drama form, each episode of this serial will pull you deeper and deeper into the world of PSU. Where the sun is hot and the clothes are scarce, anything can happen. Tessa—I was promised to him. For eight years he let me be, but now he’s come to collect. Calvin James owns me, even if we’ve never met. He’s the Mayor of New York City, but soon, he’ll be the President of the United States. Because of my father. They made a deal. He gets to be president . . . and I’ll be his First Lady. Then I met Preston. Calvin—I made a deal with the Don. I took his daughter in exchange for his help. It was supposed to be a simple transaction. Then I met her. Tessa Moretti. The woman I would call my wife. She was everything I didn’t plan for. Everything I didn’t know I wanted. Needed. But she’s hiding something from me. I can tell. I just never expected it to be my best friend. Preston—I was consigned to my life as a senator. I was willing to become Vice President because my best friend asked me. Then Tessa Moretti bumped into me. I didn’t know she was supposed to be his. I never realized the girl I was falling for could never be mine. I chased her. I claimed her. But when I learned the truth . . . I couldn’t give her up. I love my best friend, but I love his wife more. The world will know her as his First Lady. But in the bedroom, she’ll be ours. **THEIR FIRST LADY is the completed series in one set. This series is a MFM mafia-political menage romance.** She’s on a mission, but so is he… When a reporter seeks access outside the wire, Axle Landry isn’t happy when he’s pulled from his SEAL team and assigned to the babysitting op. Discovering those Bang Shift guys are behind it has him planning his payback. That’ll have to wait until this mess is over. He has his orders. Keep her safe, and keep his mouth shut. Should be easy enough. But the longer this smart, beautiful woman is in danger, the harder it is for him to remain objective. She poses risks…to his career, his life, and his heart. Caitlin Cooper never should’ve said anything to her friends about going on this assignment. She knows the hazards of reporting in a war zone and doesn’t need some brooding brute bossing her around. But that’s exactly what she got. Axle is constantly grumpy, and worse—he’s ridiculously gorgeous. This assignment would be a lot easier without him watching her every move. Falling in love with him, though, makes everything a lot more complicated. Explosive secrets, shattered dreams, broken hearts…small town connections aren’t always a good thing. “Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Andrew Watson’s *ahem* because no other women ever do.” That’s quite the way to start a conversation at a casual lunch, huh? Grilled chicken, French fries, and pelvic-fatigue, oh my! And that’s not even the worst of it. My friend Raquel didn’t pull any punches when she warned me about my brand-new costar and his notoriously player-esque ways. Apparently, my most important mission on my first role in a feature film is to stay immune to his charms. Are you kidding me? Production costs on this movie are in the hundreds of thousands a day, and staying away from a panty-whispering, vajayjay-charmer is supposed to be at the top of my list? Pfft. Puh-lease. It doesn’t matter that he’s annoyingly attractive, uber rich, crazy famous, and lusted after by ninety percent of the female population; Andrew Watson is trouble with a capital T—especially for a woman like me. As a preventative measure, I’ve decided to go ahead and hate him. Don’t worry, you guys, I’m completely in control. There’s absolutely no way I’m going to do something stupid like fall in love with him. I can hate the player but still secretly love his addictive game. I’m sure of it. Jennifer Sylvester made her deal with the devil . . . and now they’re engaged! But all is not well in Green Valley. A chicken choker is on the loose, 61 dead birds most "fowl" need plucking, and no time remains for Jennifer and her devilish fiancé. Desperate to find a spare moment together, Jenn and Cletus’s attempts to reconnect are thwarted by one seemingly coincidental disaster after another. It’s not long before Cletus and Jenn see a pattern emerge and the truth becomes clear. Sabotage! Will an undercover mission unmask the culprit? Or are these love-birds totally plucked? 'Engagement and Espionage' is the first book in the Solving for Pie: Cletus and Jenn Mysteries series, is a full-length cozy mystery, and is a spin-off of Penny Reid's Winston Brothers series. This novel is best read after 'Beard Science,' Winston Brothers #3. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in love with Chris. I was never old enough or brave enough to act on it. He never saw me like anything more than his best friend’s little sister. So, when he falls in love with my best friend, I smile and try to move on. Only I never thought I would lose them both. *** One tragic night. One day leaving me wondering what my future holds. One event that has me seeing Salomé under a different light. She’s the only one who can understand what I’m going through. She’s also the only one who can soothe my pain. I need her to survive. But I certainly shouldn’t take advantage of it. A brother’s best friend novel like no other. DAMIEN Handsome. Dangerous. Tortured. From a young age I learned love is a smokescreen. It does nothing, but bring heartbreak and pain. My solace came from the darkness, from watching fear flicker in their pretty eyes. It’s all I knew. Until her. We’re forbidden. We shouldn’t crave this. But there’s no longer a way out. Unless we find common ground, unless I let her in. NESRIN Polished. Pristine. Broken. From a young age, I found solace in the dark, comfort in pain, and relief with a blade. It became normal to hide away, to watch the crimson trickle out as contentment flooded me. It’s all I knew. Until him. It’s illicit. It’s morally wrong. But desire has a mind of its own. I thought I was free. But this love was a cut so deep, it would never heal. When a stabbing death calls homicide detective Molly Donahue and her partner to Central Park, it’s just the beginning of a string of murders in an investigation that leads them to Los Angeles, and the death of a Hollywood starlet three decades earlier. During the course of their investigating, they interview billionaire Kade Wakefield. Molly isn’t prepared for her reaction to him. He’s stoic, intense and possibly on the wrong side of the law, but she’s undeniably attracted. Kade Wakefield isn’t expecting detective Molly Donahue. She’s the law, and he follows it when it suits him, but the insatiable hunger she stirs has his well-honed control pushing at the cage to break free. As the investigation heats up, they start an intensely passionate affair but soon learn what’s between them is more than physical, something they’re willing to give it all up for, but her case takes a deadly turn and the one she hunts is now hunting them. 4 Heart Review by Ashley Well, when I read the synopsis for Crash into Me, I wasn't quite expecting that. HOLY CRAP! L.A. Fiore took me on my favorite kind of romantic suspense ride. Dangerous and sexy. Witty and brimming with romance from the first page. I loved Molly. She was bold and savvy. Smart and brave. And completely blindsided when a case she's working brings her face to face with Kade. Oh my swoon- Kade Wakefield! That man was as dreamy as he was broody. And stunned stupid when he laid eyes on Molly for the first time. Their attraction was instantaneous. Even though they didn't act on it right away, they couldn't seem to stay away. I loved that they broke their rules for each other. Pushed the boundaries of their code to have what they really wanted, each other. They fell hard and fast despite the obstacles in their way. And in the middle of their budding relationship was Molly's case that provided more questions than answers at every turn. Hats off to L.A. Fiore for keeping me guessing until the bitter end of Crash into Me. My heart was pounding then breaking during the final third. I had no clue what was going to happen and I was holding my breath hoping that things would workout the way I wanted. And that ending- wowza! It was the perfect way to wrap up Kade and Molly's whirlwind romance. About the Author L.A.
