She thinks she can bargain for his life with her own, but I mean to show her that there’s nothing I won’t do to see my vengeance through to the end. 4.5 Heart Review by Lorena I'm all about giving my five star reviews when I find a book extremely good and has me sitting at the edge of my seat and I find that I love the characters and I'm all in the book from page 1 but this book I could tell from the get-go that I was going to be a little bit lost as I know there are books that I should have read before this one, only because that are interconnected and found that I might have been a little confused at times. but that all falls on me because I should not have read it without finding out first if it was going to be interconnected and I should have read prior books to have understood it better. Regardless, I still found myself with my heart palpitations at a high because when I read the title of the book alone, I was all in regardless. I love my dark books and the more depraved the characters the more I love them. Something about their sick, twisted minds have me wanting to dive in and reading what has them this way. All I can say is that I was invested from beginning to end and the characters were PERFECT in this book. I will have to go back and start the whole series.
