Sometimes trying to catch a star will light your whole world on fire...

Emily's entire existence was wrapped up in touring with her country-rock band Carolina George.
What she never expected was to spend a passionate night with a gorgeous, tattooed stranger.

Their chemistry was combustible.
Their attraction irresistible.
It was never supposed to follow her into the light of day.

Royce's night with the lead singer of Carolina George was the worst mistake of his life.
He needs the band to sign on to his record label or his family will pay the price.
He knows falling for her will threaten his carefully laid plans.
Royce's past is littered with mistakes and heartache--will he overcome or will his love for Emily just be one more tragedy...

"AL Jackson at her best. She's a wordsmith. A magnificent storyteller. A poet and a romantic. Mix all of this with some page-turning suspense, and a climactic ending, in more ways than one, and you've got yet another must-read." -USA Today Bestselling author, Lauren Rowe

4 Heart Review by Ashley

Holy smokes! A.L. Jackson gave it to me good. Rockstars. Trauma. Family. Suspense. Steam. Danger. Those things are just the tip of the iceberg in Catch Me When I Fall. The opening alone had my heart pumping while it was breaking.

I loved Emily. Her spunk. Her talent. Her fear. Her determination to not let the events of her recent past derail the future that she and her band have been working towards for years. Also not willing to let her be the reason Carolina George doesn't get what they deserve, Royce.

Oh Royce; stoic, mysterious, angry. But drawn to Emily in a way he knows he shouldn't be. I loved how he gave her a safe place to lay her worry and fear. But the more she pushed him for more, the more he pulled back. He knew what he was planning would wreck her. And he tried, he really did but she was the temptation he couldn't resist.

As Royce spends more time on the road with Carolina George, it becomes pretty clear he is up to something. He was just biding his time until the moment presented itself. When it did, all hell broke loose. The fallout was massive. Secrets revealed. Dreams crushed. Hearts broken. And in the middle of the chaos was Emily. A.L. Jackson had me hanging on every word as those tense moments played out. Talk about emotional intensity! But that ending, be still my heart, it was the exact right note.
