Ivy Carrigan doesn't know what she wants.
Daughter of a famous female rock star, it's difficult to decide who to trust, who to believe in, so when Ivy finds herself in a predicament, it's hard to determine Gage Everly's motive. He couldn't possibly love her, including her secret.

Gage Everly knows exactly what he wants.
From the moment he met Ivy, his world spun out of control. He's never wanted anyone as much as he wants her, secret and all. Now, if he could only convince her to take a chance on him.

"When two stars collide, Ivy, they either collapse or merge to form something better. You and me. We collide, and we'll be so much more. Together."

A spin-off tale of the band managed by Tommy Carrigan from After Care.

4 Star Review by Ashley

I mean really...Collide may have been a short little read but L.B. Dunbar packed it full of heat and heart.

Talk about wham- bam- thank you, sir! Ivy and Gage's first run in was sassy and sexy and over just as fast as it started.

Ivy may have kept her heart hidden but it was tender. It felt deeply. It had suffered a lot of pain and loss in her life. But holy smokes I LOVED me some Gage. How enamored he was with Ivy from the first meeting. How distance and time and circumstance didn't change that.

There was a lot of push and pull. Gage wanted in. Ivy wanted to be left alone. But she could only resist his charms for so long. It was a slow-ish burn. While there was no denying the sparks between these two, Gage wanted to do right by her. He even put his dreams in jeopardy to make that happen.

On a side note, it was fun seeing some of L.B. Dunbar's other characters make a guest appearance. From start to finish, Collide was a total swoon fest. Gage is what book boyfriend dreams are made of. He saw Ivy. Her pain. Her fear for what the future held. Her hopes. Her need for control and certainty. It was through his actions, not just his words that he proved himself to Ivy. And that ending, was the perfect to be continued for the rest of their lives.

About the Author

L.B. Dunbar loves the sweeter things in life: cookies, Coca-Cola, and romance. Her reading journey began with a deep love of fairy tales, medieval knights, Regency debauchery, and alpha males. She loves a deep belly laugh and a strong hug. Occasionally, she has the energy of a Jack Russell terrier. Accused—yes, that’s the correct word—of having an overactive imagination, to her benefit, such an imagination works well. Author of over two dozen novels, she’s created sweet, small town worlds; rock star mayhem; MMA chaos; sexy rom-coms for the over 40; and intrigue on an island of redemption. In addition, she is earning a title as the “myth and legend lady” for her modernizations of mythology as elda lore. Her other duties in life include mother to four children and wife to the one and only.
