EXP1RE by Erin Noelle

Numbers.
They haunt me.
I can't look into a person's eyes without seeing the six-digit date of their death.
I’m helpless to change it, no matter how hard I try.
I’ve trained myself to look down. Away. Anywhere but at their eyes.
My camera is my escape. My salvation. Through its lens, I see only beauty and life—not death and despair.
Disconnected from all those around me, I’m content being alone, simply existing.
Until I meet him.
Tavian.
The man beyond the numbers.
How can I stay away, when everything about him draws me in?
But how can I fall in love, knowing exactly when it will expire?

4 Star Review by Ashley

I was so thrilled to see that Erin Noelle had a book coming out I didn't even read the blurb. Especially after seeing the stunning cover. I had no idea what to expect but holy smokes! Exp1re had me glued to kindle.

I absolutely adored Lyra. Tentative, shy, quite the recluse despite being a photographer but with a very good reason; the numbers. They've haunted her for years, kept her from getting close to anyone. From living. She's on a trip for work and to try and lay some demons to rest. She didn't make it far before the bottom fell out. Holy smokes! I didn't expect that, nobody did. But she also didn't expect to run, smack into Tavian.

I loved this guy. So full of life. The complete opposite of Lyra. The crazy circumstance forces them together for what will be the ten days that change their lives. It was a whirlwind adventure though Europe. As they traveled, Lyra slowly let her walls down. It was fantastic to see her living for the first time. And for her to see beyond the numbers in Tavian's eyes.

The more I read the more I wanted to be lost in Lyra and Tavian's whirlwind, life changing journey. AND that shocker of a twist at the end had me slapping my leg and saying "I KNEW IT!!" (though as things unfolded, I did doubt myself a few times). Erin Noelle, insert the slow clap here...Exp1re was just stunning. Gah!! I absolutely can not wait to finish this duet!
