Guilty until proven innocent.
That’s the way the world works, right? I’m tired of being convicted without evidence, all because my last name is Gable. The Riscoffs might own this town, but I’m done following their rules. If only I could forget just how easily Lincoln Riscoff can drag me under his spell. 4.5 Star Review by Lorena
Well hell, we get more drama, more suspense and more thrill in this second installment of the sin trilogy.
What I love about this author is that she doesn't take forever to give us the remaining installments to a series and just when you think that things will end nicely, BOOM! You get hit with another cliffy. But we all knew that there was another book coming in this series. I love how she ends them, leaving us with that gut wrenching feeling, like we can't wait another second to continue reading the story. Whitney and Lincoln just can't seem to catch a break. Their forbidden love just keeps getting more and more complicated. Just when they think everything is smooth sailing, BAM, something comes up and prohibits them from getting their HEA! The melodramatic story continues, and I can't wait to see where this journey is finally going to end. Will Whitney and Lincoln FINALLY get what they've been wanting and craving since they first met? It's such a crucial thing that because of the sins, bitterness and the rivalry both families carry, they have to be the ones punished for it. Life sucks sometimes, but where there's a will there's a way! Can't wait to finish this roller coaster ride that Whitney and Lincoln have taken me on! 4 Star Review by Ashley
Can you see my head spinning? My jaw on the floor? No. Well let me tell you- it is. Meghan March just blew my mind (and heart) with the second book in this trilogy. Thankfully Guilty as Sin picked up right where the first book left off.
I loved Whitney in this one. Her backbone of steel came out more and more. Seeing her stuck up for herself and not people (hint hint Lincoln) walk all over her and her feelings had me doing a happy dance. But Lincoln was not to be deterred. He stepped up big time and tried to prove not just through his words but his actions too, how much Whitney meant to him. And what he would do to keep her safe and happy. I liked the alternating timeline. How the past events were coming back into the present and how pieces of things started to make sense. It killed me how much everyone conspired against their happiness. Gah! It was one step forward and seven steps back. They just couldn't catch a break. Whitney and Lincoln were making progress and trying to move forward but nothing could've prepared them for the bombshell that landed in their laps right at the end. I NEED the finale. I have to know what happens now!! About the Author![]()
A New York Times, #1 Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author of over twenty novels, Meghan March has been known to wear camo face paint and tromp around in woods wearing mud-covered boots, all while sporting a perfect manicure. She’s also impulsive, easily entertained, and absolutely unapologetic about the fact that she loves to read and write smut. Her past lives include slinging auto parts, selling lingerie, making custom jewelry, and practicing corporate law. Writing books about dirty talking alpha males and the strong, sassy women who bring them to their knees is by far the most fabulous job she’s ever had.
