Dash is a sexy, total male alpha who has a woman in every state that he visits regularly for games. He doesn't do relationships and he certainly doesn't do love. He loves playing the field (literally). He doesn't want to get tied down and just answer to one woman. Vivian is a smart, sexy, luscious, sensual librarian. In one word she's HOT and when Dash first sets his eyes on her, he knows that even though she wears baggy clothes and no make-up and hides her eyes behind glasses, she is a sexy little kitten. Vivian guards her heart because her one and only boyfriend broke her heart, so the last thing she needs is getting involved with anyone else, much less a sexy, hot baseball player. Vivian doesn't do well with quick flings since she tends to find herself falling hard for men, even though she's only been with one, but if she sleeps with anyone else, she wants it to be for the long haul and not a fling. Dash loves the idea of bedding Vivian, but he knows that he'll break her heart since he's not looking for anything serious. Well when Vivian puts her foot down and says either he goes all the way with her or nothing....Dash has no choice in the matter but to acquiesce because he actually starts developing feelings for her even though he's scared of what the outcome might be in the end since he has women all over and he needs these women as distractions when he's out of town.
