This has me written all over it- a strong, feisty woman, a Navy SEAL, some danger to outrun....but sadly I found my first read from Caitlyn O'Leary a little hard to get into. That being said, I liked how the author explored and wove the drama into different cultures. How the setting became just as big a part of the story as the relationship between Leo and Daisy. Both of them were forces in their own right but when they were put together, the chemistry sizzled. There was no denying the mutual attraction and respect they had for one another. What I wanted was more of the emotional connection between them. Especially when Daisy did everything she could to push Leo away. But that man would not be deterred. He was relentless in his pursuit. Heck he went more than halfway around the world to prove to her that he was in this for her. Now if he could just get her on the same page. From start to finish Daisy and Leo's whirlwind romance proved that you can find love in the most unlikely of places. And that the fight for it, is always worth it.
