Cole Masten. Abandoned by his superstar wife, Hollywood’s Perfect Husband is now Hollywood’s Sexiest Bachelor: partying hard and screwing even harder. Watch out Los Angeles, there's a new bad boy in town.

Summer Jenkins. That’s me, a small town girl stuck in Quincy, Georgia. I cook some mean chicken and dumplins, can bluff a grown man out of his savings in poker, and was voted Most Friendly my senior year.

We were from different worlds. Our lives shouldn’t have collided. But then Cole Masten read a book about my small town. And six months later, his jet landed on our dusty airstrip, and he brought Hollywood with him.

From the start, I knew he was trouble. For our town. And for me.

Sometimes, opposites just aren’t meant to attract.

Stand-alone Contemporary Romance.

Alessandra Torre always impresses me with her books.  They are always so different, each book is unique but they all have a great storyline behind it.

This book was no different than the others I've read from this author.  She always amazes me with her flawless and unique way of writing.

This book was beautifully written, the characters were just great.  I loved the whole idea of a movie star falling in love with a simple country girl who came from nothing.  He thought he had everything, a perfect wife, perfect house and a perfect career but boy was he wrong.  He did have the perfect house and career but the wrong wife.

When Cole found out that his wife was cheating on him, he was stupid enough to think that he could make it work with her and forgive her infidelities but as time passed, he realized that he didn't want to be with her.

Cole started falling the long legged spit fire in Georgia.  She intrigued him and he loved the fact that she was feisty as hell.

Summer was pretty much a recluse.  She had no friends and didn't care to have any.  When she was engaged to Scott, all the friends she had at that time were really Scott's friends and were only her friends because of him.  But in all honesty they never cared for her.

Summer just minded her business and all she cared about was figuring out a plan to get out of this dump of a small town and live a different life.  Well that dream finally came true when Cole Masten came into town and found her intriguing enough to cast her as his lead actress in his film.

These two were a match made in heaven.  Constantly fighting and arguing and claimed that they couldn't stand each other, but deep down they both had a thing for each other.

I loved them and hated them at the same time.  It took them forever to finally fez up and confess how much they cared for each other and actually admit that they loved each other.

The whole country scene in this book is what took my breath away.  A movie star falling for the small town outcast.

Loved it!  Alessandra Torre never, ever disappoints me and I will continue on reading her books because again, each one is so different and they all captivate me and I love her style of writing.

Great work from Ms. Torre and I can't wait to see what she has up next for us!!

5 star read <3
