This is the story of Michael Gallo, MMA fighter and Mia Greco an ER doctor, who gives up her free time to work at a clinic for the underprivileged.

After a bout leaves him battered and bruised, Michael finds himself getting treated by a beautiful doctor, who could not be less interested in his good looks or his fighting ability.  In fact Mia tells him almost immediately that fighting is barbaric and after leaving him with that thought passes him on to be treated by another doctor.

As fate would have it, these two once again “run” into each other. Michael soon realizes that the person he has crashed into is none other than the ER doctor that has his mind and libido in a spin.  He makes it his mission to get her to say yes to a date.  Mia abhors Michael’s career, but cannot deny her attraction to him.  The chemistry is palpable as Mia tries to fight her feelings (and her attraction) for Michael.

In his past Michael has been a playboy Cassanova, and although he has been upfront and honest with Mia, things from his past come back to haunt him and jeopardize the relationship that he is trying to build with her.

I really enjoyed this book – every book of Chelle Bliss’ that I read gets better and better.  Michael was a tough guy, bad boy with a heart of gold.  He is totally swoonworthy.  Mia, as with all of Chelle Bliss’ leading ladies to date, is one tough and smart lady.  I love that she is a strong woman, who isn’t afraid to stand up for who and what she is.  She is not a push over, and I really love that about her.

The book is filled with holy hotness sexy scenes that will leave you breathless.  Chelle Bliss also writes books that will make you laugh out loud and I really love that.

I love the way that the entire Gallo clan is included again in this series.  We get to know the behind the scenes of what makes these men tick.  I freaking love it.

This book is again told in the dual perspective which although I find really irritating in most books, I actually really love it in these books.  It doesn’t detract from the story – and you aren’t left thinking that the male character is weak and annoying, which often happens with this kind of writing.

I am giving this book 4.5 stars.  I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for Izzy’s story.  It is going to be as smoking hot as her brothers.
