I absolutely loved Garrett. The way he loved his children, doted on them and cherished his time with them. And the way he was so open with his feelings with Lauren brought out all the butterflies. He didn't hold back, he made sure she knew where he stood at all times and it was so dang refreshing. The only problem was how to tell Lauren's dad (who is a riot in his own right), Garrett's boss. But secrets can only be kept for so long and when the cat was let out of the bag, things got heated, and not in a good way. I think my favorite thing about Hot Stuff was that both Lauren and Garrett were just good people doing their part to make the world a bit better.
