The first book is not about Dare. It's about the band's bassist, Logan, and is entitled Insider. Yes, Dare will get his own book, as will all four members of the band.

She thought she was ready to rock...
Toni Nichols put her aspirations on hold while she raised her little sister, but now she's reaching for the stars and living her dreams as the creator of a revolutionary interactive biography about the rock band Exodus End. Creating the book requires her to go on tour and immerse herself in the band's world as an insider, but can she gain the trust of four veteran superstars who've been burned by the media before? Or will her dreams crumble at her feet?

He's always ready to roll
Logan Schmidt was born an adrenaline junkie. He lives for the rush he gets from playing his bass guitar before thousands of fans. When he's not performing on stage or in the bedroom, he's looking for his next endorphin high in extreme sports. So what is it about the sweet and innocent journalist on their world tour that gets his heart pumping and captures his full attention? Is she the real deal or is she posing at being his perfect woman to get inside secrets on Exodus End?

They're both ready to experiment
Though Toni was innocent the first time she climbed the bus steps, that didn't last long once Logan set his sights on her. He's so much more worldly than she is and she's ready to learn how to please a lover and explore all the ways she can be pleased. Logan can't believe his luck. Toni's a phenomenal woman and she wants him to teach her how to rock and roll in the sack? Not exactly a burdensome task. Until she starts to get too close to his heart and takes her insider look to a place he never anticipated.

Toni Nichols put her life on hold to help raise her little sister. Now, she’s been given the green light to create a revolutionary interactive biography about Exodus End. She’ll tour with the band, completely immersing herself into their world – but first she needs to get beyond their guarded personas; guarded because they’ve all been burned by the media before. But Toni is determined to make her dream a reality – prove once and for all she can do this.

Enter Logan Schmidt. Bassist of Exodus End. He lives on the adrenaline rush from performances and extreme sports. Women are a dime a dozen – he goes through them like water. But what is it about Toni that causes his heart and blood to pump as if he’s just jumped out of a plane? He needs to find out what makes her tick, to make the tick-tock of his heart slow down.

Oh, Toni and Logan. Sigh. I LOVED Logan and the rest of the band. They’re perfect, quintessential rock stars. Loved their interactions, loved their bond and ability to pick on each other, love each other like family. LOVED THEM.

I loved the fact that as the book progressed - so did Toni's confidence and esteem.  Initially she  was afraid of her own shadow, but as things between her and Logan progressed, so did she become this butterfly working her way out of her cocoon.   I loved watching her transform.  I also loved that although things were  so electric between them they were both afraid of taking the next step.  It made me giddy to watch Logan and Toni dance around each other.

Logan, my dear sweet, Logan - what an amazing character!  He was the  perfect mixture of crazy and sweet.  I loved how he dragged Toni into situations which made her  want to be more exuberant and test herself.  Logan being the bassist was full of irresistible charm and quirkiness - and it was impossible not to fall in love with him.

I really love Olivia Cunning's books and Insider is absolutely no exception, it is smoking hot and will make you giggle and fan yourself.  I am giving this book 4 and a half amazing stars.  Logan has made me swoon and I cannot wait for the next fantastic book in this series.

Combining her love for romantic fiction and rock 'n roll, Olivia Cunning writes erotic romance centered around rock musicians. Raised on hard rock music from the cradle, she attended her first Styx concert at age six and fell instantly in love with live music. She's been known to travel over a thousand miles just to see a favorite band in concert. As a teen, she discovered her second love, romantic fiction -- first, voraciously reading steamy romance novels and then penning her own. Growing up as the daughter of a career soldier, she's lived all over the country and overseas. She currently lives in Quincy, Illinois
