I have been waiting to get Aisling's book for the longest and even though I loved her brother's stories, I think I love hers more. She was such a strong heroine and her "no holds bar" attitude really had me rooting for her all the way. She didn't hold back, she went after what she wanted and she wanted Sam bad. She has been in love with this man for practically 10 years now and she groomed herself well for him, to seduce him, to make him fall in love with her. Sam is a damaged soul. You could say that his childhood wasn't all flowers and roses with the type of mother he had, but he had a good upbringing when things shifted for him but the ugliness was still inside him. But I could say that he wasn't the only monster in this story, Aisling was a little monster herself so why couldn't they make things work between them? There were things that kept them at arms length and even though they had explosive chemistry and their sex was off the charts, they still had to be under wraps for certain reasons. I was hooked from the beginning and did not move from my chair until I finished. That's how much this book had me hooked! About the Author L.J.
