There’s two sides to every love story.  The how you fell in love, and the how you fell apart.

This is ours.

The cardinal rule of friendship is you don’t mess with your friend’s sister.

That goes double when she’s his little sister.

It was just supposed to be fun.She wasn’t supposed to end up being the love of my life.
And I definitely wasn’t supposed to break her heart.

Ainsley is a wedding dress designer.  That should’ve been a warning that she’s a hopeless romantic.  That should’ve clued me in that she believes love conquers all.

But there are some things that love can’t fix.  I’m one of them.

She thinks love is the answer.

But love is the reason I let her go.

4 Heart Review by Ashley

I picked this up on a recommendation from a friend and am I glad I did!

1. How is this the first book I've read by Prescott Lane?
2. Not sure how my heart is still beating in my chest.
3. That broken heart is also incredibly full after reading Just Love.

Ainsley and Rhett's story got me good. This book was so emotional. My chest ached. My stomach hurt. And that was just the first half of it. This is a love story in its purest form. It was full of pain and turmoil.  But there was also so much hope and healing, redemption and forgiveness.

My heart was taken on a devil of a roller coaster ride with this one. Hats off to Prescott Lane for taking a good harsh look at how the same tragedy effects everyone differently. Rhett learned that the very hard way. And it took him a good while to realize all his mistakes, but when he did, he went about to set things right. His growth and redemption was made all the sweeter because he had to work so hard for it. And there waiting on the sideline was Ainsley. Giving her love in the only way she knew how. Fully and without hesitation. And that ending, it was just perfect. Just them.
