He was my uncle’s friend, and I was too young for him.

But in the heat of the moment, against the wall in a darkened hallway of an illicit club, none of those things mattered. It was just one night of giving in to what we both wanted.

I never expected to see him two years later, sitting across me during a family dinner, encouraging me to do my internship for his business.

On day one we both agree that repeating that night would be a mistake. But it’s a mistake we can’t help but make again and again.

The rules are simple. We can’t tell my uncle. We have to be content with our hotel rendezvous. And we won’t fall in love.

But we both know we’re liars.

5 Heart Review by Lorena

The level of steam in this book had me at an all time high!

I was completely hypnotized by Alexander Kent and Olivia Witt. These two had such hot chemistry that it would leave your sheets wet.

This whole book, my god I was just so captivated with this book, the trope, the angst, the level of anxiety and the steamy sex scenes -- I mean I love these books and no one does it better than Ms. Cole here. She knows how to capture your attention from the first page (hello!) and you will keep going and going until you get to the last page without thinking of breathing for a second. That's how good this book was!

To have to be that in love with someone who is almost 17 years older than you, I think that's super hot. I mean, I've never been there and I'm too old now to even go about liking "older" men but reading these books gives me such a high because it's something that obviously I never thought or considered of doing in my young adult life. But if a right man (much older man) comes along and a beautiful young woman falls for him, then kudos to her because we all know mature men know how to treat a woman.

Kent and Olivia had a wild ride together and I went along that ride with them and I loved every minute of it!

The Voyeur series is definitely a top series for me and I can't wait for Daniel and Hannah's story next!!
