That's ok- I'm still enjoying it after finishing Love With Me. There is just something about this friends-to-lovers romance from Kristen Proby that is irresistible. Maybe it's Jace or Joy. Ohhh that Jace. He was a romantic alpha if I've ever read one. I loved his dedication to his job and family. And his best friend Joy. I really liked her. She was a total ballbuster and owned it. While their personalities were different- Type A vs. Type B., they balanced each other out in the best possible way. They had both been hiding their true feelings for a while. Neither wanting to risk their awesome friendship but once they admitted their feelings, it was flash forward. They knew each other so well that the small things didn't become big things. Except that one time when a total lack of communication and making each other a priority got in the way of their happiness. I could see that fight coming from a mile away. Joy could feel it and tried her best not to explode but Jace had just pushed her too far. Thank goodness that they were both levelheaded and realized the mistakes they had made and did their best swiftly make up for it. But it was Jace and the plans he put in place that truly made Joy (and me) swoon. I like that Kristen Proby keeps giving me small glimpses into some of my other beloved characters (hello Will)! I will say that there were a few parts that felt a bit rushed. To the point I went back and re-read a few paragraphs to make sure I hadn't missed anything. Overall, Love With Me was a sweet, mostly drama free, and sexy addition to this series that I adore. About the Author Kristen was born and raised in a small resort town in her beloved Montana. In her mid-twenties, she decided to stretch her wings and move to the Pacific Northwest, where she made her home for more than a dozen years.
During that time, Kristen wrote many romance novels and joined organizations such as RWA and other small writing groups.
