I have been itching to get back to Clifton Forge. When I say I devoured Fallen Jester, I mean read it in less than a day because I was completely consumed with Cass and Leo. Getting to catch up with everyone at the garage is no hardship either. If ever there were two opposites is Cass and Leo. A kind woman and a former biker. One going head first into the unknown of the future, the over avoiding it at all costs. Even when his head and heart were at war, there was something about Cassandra that called to Leo. Made him want to be close to her. Try be the man she needed. If only they could get a handle on the 'accidents' that seemed to be happening more frequently than they should. Can you say slow burn? Fallen Jester definitely packed the emotional punch while still being laced with moments of tense danger. I was holding my breath more than once while waiting to see how it would all play out. Cass and Leo's opposites attract, small-town, surprise pregnancy was full of family, overcoming fears and feels. And that ending...gah!!!!
