I have been waiting for this book since Chelle Bliss left me with my jaw on the floor after Acquisition. Thank goodness Merger picks up right where that left off because I just had to know Lauren's fate!
Oh Antonio....sexy, suit-wearing Antonio, that man did not disappoint at all. I loved seeing him going out of his mind trying to find Lauren. He did crazy-protective alpha mode very well. But he also did tender and gentle when it came to Lauren. She got to see the side of him that was lighthearted and easy going. However, it was Lauren who surprised me the most as this story unfolded. Antonio really opened up her eyes and heart and world with the kind heart he kept very hidden. I will say that as much as they were both addicted to their careers, Merger didn't focus very much on the business side of their lives. Which was more than fine with me. It was Lauren and Antonio's whirlwind romance that I enjoyed the most. What had started out as lust transformed into a unique kind of love that worked perfectly for them. About the Author
