From bestselling author L.J. Shen, comes a new, standalone, contemporary romance.

It should have been easy.
I needed the money. He needed a babysitter to keep him from snorting himself to death.
I was cherry-picked especially for him. Responsible. Optimistic. Warm. Innocent.
The worst part is that I should have known better.
Alex Winslow. British rock star. Serial heartbreaker. Casanova with whiskey eyes.
“Don’t get near the devil in a leather jacket. He’ll chew you up and spit you out.”
Guess what? I didn’t listen.
I signed the contract.
World tour. Three months. Four Continents. One hundred shows.
My name is Indigo Bellamy, and I sold my soul to a tattooed god.
Problem was, my soul wasn’t enough for Alex Winslow. He ended up taking my body, too.
Then he took my heart.
Then he took my all.

Can you say BOOK HANGOVER!!

I am speechless with what I can possibly say other than this book was freaking AMAZING!

Alex blew me away, he was this arrogant, self-absorbed jerk who didn't give two f*cks if he screwed anyone or anything for that matter over. What he wanted, he took whenever he wanted.

Alex Winslow was a rock god -- recently out of rehab and couldn't afford to make more mistakes with his world tour coming up. His agent hired a nanny for him and he was not happy about this. He had a way with running them away so this one wasn't going to be any different from the others that were hired previous to her. He was planning on making her life a living hell and was looking forward to her quitting in a matter of days.

Indigo Bellamy was a quirky girl who always looked out for everyone first before herself. Living in a one-bedroom apartment with her brother, sister-in-law and nephew. They didn't have money, so she knew she couldn't pass up this opportunity when she interviewed for the nanny position. She knew Alex was going to be difficult but she was willing to put up with all his antics for the amount of money they were going to pay her for the next three months.

When Indie and Alex finally meet, boy do they clash. The banter back and forth between these two was freaking hilarious. I would laugh my little butt off every time these two had to interact with each other. I haven't had a good laugh with such an amazing book in so long that this was a wonderful and refreshing book to read.

You can feel the characters seep through you as you're reading. Indie was no pushover and I loved that she had a strong backbone because babysitting Alex for three months was going to take her on a rough ride! So sit back and enjoy the ride with Alex and Indie, I'm sure you're going to fall in love with them just as much as I did.

L.J. Shen did such a phenomenal job with this book. I honestly think this has been one of her greatest yet. And I love her Hot Holes series, but I think Midnight Blue has won the award for her best book to date!

5 BLUE STARS!!!

About LJ Shen:
L.J. Shen is an International #1 best-selling author of Contemporary Romance and New Adult novels. She lives in Northern California with her husband, young son and chubby cat.

Before she’d settled down, L.J. (who thinks referring to herself in the third person is really silly, by the way) traveled the world, and collected friends from all across the globe. Friends who’d be happy to report that she is a rubbish companion, always forgets peoples’ birthdays and never sends Christmas cards.

She enjoys the simple things in life, like spending time with her family and friends, reading, HBO, Netflix and internet-stalking Stephen James. She reads between three to five books a week and firmly believes Crocs shoes and mullets should be outlawed.
