Escaping the publicity following the murder of his wife, Oliver and his son relocate to a small town and start afresh.

He never expected to fall for another woman.

After years of moving from place to place, Sunny and her daughters finally settle on a little slice of Nebraskan soil.

Falling for her neighbor was not part of her plan.

But Oliver is hard to resist. And he’s determined to break down Sunny’s walls.

When Sunny’s past collides with her present, will she do what she's done before — take her girls and run?

Or will she stay and fight for love?

Noble Neighbor is a second chance at love/single parent romance inspired by Mister Moneybags.

3 Heart Review by Ashley

A double single parent romantic suspense? Those are two of my favorite things so I knew Noble Neighbor was going to be my first read from Nicole Ann Nielsen.

I absolutely adored Oliver. Especially the way he was with his son and dad. But it was when he got a skittish new neighbor that the lonely man started to soften a bit. Don't even get me started on the tender way Oliver was with Sunny's daughters...cue the swoon!

The chemistry was there, always simmering just below the surface. But it was obvious that Sunny was hiding something big. It became a point of contention between them because she kept using it as an excuse to push Oliver away. But when the Sunny's secret was finally revealed...things shifted again....

Was the big reveal predictable- yes. Did it cause some upheaval? Also yes. But for being touted as a romantic suspense, I wanted more danger, more mystery. That being said, Sunny and Oliver's second chance at love definitely packed an emotional punch. And that ending, it was the fresh start they all needed.
