The night Luke Rosen met Scarlett Marks was the only time he's regretted becoming chief of police. One horrific night of blood and death, and now she's living under his roof--all because he swore an oath to serve and protect.

Scarlett is stubborn and infuriating. She has no respect for the order in his structured life, and she never does anything she's told. Worse, she doesn't seem to care that the information she has on a motorcycle gang means she might end up dead. But her unwavering strength, her courage and tenacity and beauty, makes it impossible for him to abandon her.

If Luke is going to keep her safe, he'll have to make the hardest decision of his life. He can either honor his values as a cop, knowing Scarlett is unlikely to survive . . . or he can break all the rules and protect the woman who's invaded his home and his heart.

4 Heart Review by Ashley

I have been waiting to get Scarlett's story since her dramatic and pot stirring entrance into the Tun Gypsy series. And let me tell you, Devney Perry did not let me down one bit. Holy wow! Noble Prince had me absolutely glued to my kindle! It was dramatic, sexy, intense and suspenseful. And catching up with the rest of the 'family' from the Garage is always a treat.

I won't lie, I wasn't sure Scarlett could be redeemed. But the more I got to know her, the more I learned of her story, the more I liked her. Rooted for her. She was strong and smart. Brave and resilient. She had to be to endure all she had. And there to make sure she wasn't getting herself into undue danger, was Luke. Oh my heart Luke!! He is what book boyfriend dreams are made of. Honest, protective, loyal, patient and totally gone over the woman in his charge.

I loved the gradual build in their relationship. It took a bit but eventually the forced proximity allowed Scarlett to let her guard down. Confess her fears, guilt and faults. But with the Warriors and the FBI lurking, it was all Luke could do to try and find the missing pieces of the puzzle before it was too late.

Just when it all clicked, everything fell apart. I did not see the twists upon turns that Noble Prince took coming at all. Talk about intense reading. I feel breathless and definitely have some emotional whiplash from all that Luke and Scarlett put me through. But even amidst all the chaos was this sweet and honest and pure love that wouldn't let anything get in its way. And that ending!! I am so ready to get back to Clifton Forge and see what Devney Perry has in store for this family next.
