The 1st book in my new and super sexy Kings of Castle Beachseries about siblings on the NC coastal town of Castle Beach.

All Campbell Faircloth wanted was a safe place to call home.
All Knight King wanted was to leave his hometown behind.

I never expected to end up in Castle Beach, surrounded by a family who believes that I’m not only their brother’s wife, but the mother of his infant daughter.

I can’t tell them the truth—Knight and I met only three days earlier, during a layover in Atlanta.

He was headed out to fight in a war that hardly anyone talked about anymore, and I was headed back home to a family who pretended that I didn’t exist.

He helped me with my baby.

He kept us safe while we slept.

We shared lunch and dinner… and I spilled all my secrets to him.

Then he gave me an address, along with an offer I couldn’t refuse.
***
Six months later he’s back to bury his brother, and my lie is about to be exposed.

Only Knight doesn’t say a word.

He goes along with the charade, and each day we spend together, pretending to be husband and wife, it’s getting harder and harder not to believe in our lie.

Could our picture perfect lie turn into a picture perfect forever?

What a great start to a great series!

Knight King (swoon) the name alone makes me gush like a school girl because really, have you ever heard that name before anywhere??  AND to top it off he's a rich kid coming from a small beach town, but he definitely doesn't flaunt the money his family has.

Knight has joined the service and wants to get away from that town as fast as he possibly can and not return.  But under some unforeseen circumstances will force him to go back.  While on his way to one of his missions, his plane gets delayed and he meets Campbell.  Now Campbell also comes from a  wealthy family but she decided to take off at a young age and get married and try and live a happily ever after at such a young age, but things didn't work out for her and so she tried going for the modeling/acting career but that also didn't pan out for her after her divorce from a scumbag.

She hooked up with a guy and ended up getting knocked up and the guy wants nothing to do with her or the baby so Campbell is pretty much on her own at this point.  She is also on her way home back with her parents when she runs into Knight.  They end up getting stranded for the night due to their planes getting cancelled and they end up spending that night in the same hotel room and start forming a bond.  Due to this delay, he can get them a room, but under the pretense that they are a married couple.

When the time comes when they have to go their separate ways, Knight tells Campbell to go to his place with his family if things don't work out with her parents.  It turns out that Campbell ends up going to Knight's parents house and has been forced to continue the lie they formed back at the airport in order for her to stay in the same room as Knight.

Campbell goes along with the lie but isn't proud of it, the thing is how far will they go with this lie?  Will it continue to be a lie or will more develop between them in the end?

I was completely glued to my device, I absolutely ate up this book in a heartbeat in a matter of hours.

I can't wait to continue reading more about the Knight family, I am hooked!
