Please proceed with caution.** 5 Heart Review by Lorena I adored this book, the characters had flaws but nothing they weren't able to work out. The hero had made an impression on me at first that I felt I was not going to like him, but he certainly proved me wrong. The interactions between him and the heroine were beautiful. The regrets, the misunderstandings, the deceits and lies is what separated these two for many, many years. Both loved each other unconditionally but because they both had to go their separate ways due to lies and betrayal, they tried to move on with their lives and keep going forward. But neither one was happy in their new life and when they reunited, their story couldn't be any hotter. Jade West wrote this erotica in such a fashionable manner. It wasn't disgusting and dirty, no sir, not at all, their filthy was actually beautiful and so much more. Their love scenes certainly had me blushing and I was rooting for them to be able to make their lives well again with each other. Anna's friends thought Lucas was her poison but in reality he was her antidote. What Anna went through and what she suffered with her condition was not pretty, but the only one who understood her and helped her throughout it was Lucas, and Lucas couldn't be any more sweet and caring than what he already was towards Anna. Lucas was certainly a true sweetheart. Jade has increasingly little to say about herself as time goes on, other than the fact she is an author, but she's plenty happy with this. Living in imaginary realities and having a legitimate excuse for it is really all she's ever wanted.
