Healing after a tragedy is hard enough. Doing it when you’re haunted by past betrayal and so many things left unsaid?

Feels nearly hopeless.

Is it impossible to come back from so much anguish and all the regrets? Can you ever truly mend your heart and move on?

Or are Penelope and Linc destined for a life of punishment and pain?

They're about to find out whether the line between love and hate is clear. And if moving on after loss and the sting of deception is even possible.

5 Heart Review by Lorena

I absolutely loved this book!  My heart broke more throughout the book than ever before!

Penelope "P" was a girl that came from the wrong side of town.  She was in the foster system and one day she meets the Sterling brothers out of the blue and became best of friends with them.  From the first time they meet they are inseparable.  Nine year old Penelope and Colt seem to hit it off the best but Linc was not far behind.  Both brothers had feelings for P but she chooses Colt.

As teenagers, they are still inseparable but Linc has gotten more and more intolerant and Penelope seems to find herself attracted to him with his bad behavior, but she would never do Colt wrong...or would she??

One unfortunate circumstance leads P and Linc more attached than ever and even though they fight that attraction, they are still linked no matter what.

This book you guys, I think is the one to hit the spot.  I really loved it and even though I had a few tears here and there I still managed to devour this beauty in one sinful sitting.  It was one of those books that when you start you just can't put down.
