Without a doubt, Ms. Michaels' books are on top of my reads when it comes to contemporary romance. First let me say that this cover is super H.O.T! I can definitely, undeniably tell you that it drew me in instantly without reading the synopsis, even though I hardly ever need to read the synopsis when it comes to this author. Grayson and Jessica go way back, even though things were perfect at one time and almost, ALMOST had their HEA, things didn't go as planned and Jessica ended up fleeing. When Jessica comes back into the picture, her goal is to win Grayson's heart one way or another and she will not go undefeated without a fight. She is determined and willing to have Grayson back in her arms and their love was once perfect and it certainly can again. The determination and strong-will from Jessica to come back bold to win Grayson was totally swoon-worthy. I love a good heroine in a story and Jessica is totally a strong heroine in my eyes.
