Thank goodness this picked up right where Savage left off because my heart was still pounding from that dramatic ending. I thought I was ready but I was wrong. S.L. Scott's really upped the stakes here. There was more of the chaos. More of the danger. More of the love. I was swept away while Sara Jane and Alexander battled their demons.
