Review by Lorena Corinne Michaels knows how to make my heart soar to the highest of the highs because her books always has some feels that leave you feeling all kinds of emotions but in the end you always end up satisfied with the story. At first I thought this was going to be a love triangle and don't get me wrong, I love me a good love triangle but as I continued reading the book, I realized it really wasn't. You get a couple who have been together for 20 years and obviously they've had their ups and downs, but Grace has had enough with Trent with never wanting to commit. He always closes up on her whenever he finds himself upset and she's frankly tired of it. She decides it's time to move on and leaves Trent and this time she vows it's definite. Trent has realized that losing Grace is not an option and he's going to go out there and prove to her that he is a changed man and wants and feels like he's ready to commit. Is Trent ready to commit this time around? Grace decides to give Cooper, a long time friend a chance at going on a date with him, even though her heart is not feeling anything other than friendship for Cooper but this man is everything she wishes Trent was. Can Grace move on and give Cooper a chance or is her heart stuck on Trent? You just can't give up on love especially after 20 years but something's gotta give! Trent stole my heart when he set out to fight for his girl and he was going to prove to her just how serious he was about her this time around. I was definitely rooting for Grace for being brave and not giving in to Trent until he proved himself and proved to her that he was ready to take there love to whole other level. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your love in order to get what you want! A well done story that will leave you well satisfied and happy with some sad developments in the storyline, but the premise was great! 4.5 star read!!
