Fiore & Dwayne Anthony have teamed up on and I devoured Secrets! Hank and Arissa's story was sweet and mysterious and had a charming cast of characters that could only be found in a small town. I adored Arissa. Her need for something simpler. Quieter. And how she struck out on her own to make it happen. But it didn't take long for her new home to start throwing messes her way. It also brought the handsome sheriff, Hank to her front porch. Ohhhhhh Hank! Dutiful and dedicated to his town. I loved the instant attraction between Arissa and Hank. The sharp witty banter. How they couldn't seem to escape the silly antics of the other townsfolk to get some time alone together. They fell hard and fast, but not everyone was happy about it. In fact, one particular someone seemed to have their own motive for trying to force them apart. Arissa wasn't about to walk away that easily. She was going to fight for what she wanted. And she wanted a future with Hank. What she wasn't ready for was the crazy and twisted can of worms she would uncover. Holy wow- I knew something was off but I had no idea it was that! And caught in the middle was Hank and Arissa's relationship. I can't tell you how absolutely riveted I was by Secrets. L.A. Fiore and Anthony Dwayne created a town in Summerville that I could picture clear as day. But it was the romance between Arissa and Hank that kept hooked. It was sweet and funny, steamy and honest. And they had to fight and fight hard for it, even with each other at times. But let me tell you, that ending left me with the biggest smile on my face.
