I. Loved. This. Book.

I cannot wait until she reveals her secret to him, because shit is going to go down. I CAN'T WAIT. Every time I turned the page, I wondered if that would be when she'd tell him. Spoiler, she doesn't tell him in this book.

And that ending!!! I did NOT see that coming! But it totally makes sense!!! 

In case you can't tell, I really liked this book. Not a lot of sex, for reasons that you can find in the book, but the suspense is a killer! I am actually supposed to be currently reading two ARCs that I'm late for, but after the ending of this one, I'm now reading book two.

I love Alessio. He's so sweet but also so dark. It's my favorite type of character. And Ayla. Ayla is a damaged girl that doesn't know love, but finds it by hiding under a killer's bed.

I recommend this book for those that love romantic suspense! It was great!

Another phenomenal book! This series is absolutely amazing!!!

There’s so much suspense. I literally could not put my kindle down. I even read it during take off and landing in a plane. 

At 71% in, I had to scream into my palm. I couldn’t believe it was happening. Things were bad. 

But do things get better? You gotta read to find out. 

This is one of the more suspenseful books I’ve read and I absolutely love it! I love being on the edge of my seat and being unable to put my kindle down. 

As soon as I finished this one, I immediately picked up book three and I’m making great progress with it. I don’t want this series to end!

I have absolutely enjoyed Alessio and Ayla’s story! I have beyond enjoyed reading about the whole entire Ivanshov family. I’m so glad there are going to be more books in this series about other characters. I adore Lylah James’ writing! She certainly knows how to tell a story. 

Just like the first two in this series, this book has a whole lot of suspense. Alberto finally gets what’s coming to him and Alessio and Ayla find their happily ever after. I without a doubt have found one of my new favorite series. 

Lylah James is a very talented writer. When Ayla couldn’t remember anything, the way that Lylah wrote her point of view was perfect. It sounded exactly like how I could see someone without a memory because of a tragic event sounding. 

I can’t wait for the next books in this series!

Man, oh man. I absolutely love this series and this book was phenomenal! I didn't really know what to expect, since this is Lyov and Maria's story, but I'm so thrilled with what I read. 

Alessio is so much like Lyov. It's amazing. Lyov is protective and strong, which pairs perfectly with Maria's soft and submissive nature. Their relationship together is just beyond perfect, and I hope to find someone that loves me the way that Lyov loves Maria. 

I knew how this was going to end and I deliberately pushed the book aside to delay the inevitable. I don't think I would ever have been ready to read that, but I persevered and it wasn't as emotional as I thought it was going to be. I really wish it had been more emotional that what it was. Regardless, it was written well. 

I am absolutely in love with Lylah James' writing style. Her words flow seamlessly and she can easily describe what's going on in the book. I am dying now for the next book in the Tainted Hearts series! It can't come out fast enough!
