He’s broody, he’s driven, and he’s coming back to claim what’s his.

“First, do no harm…”
It’s the start of my oath as a doctor, and breaking that oath is how I began my career.
Only I didn’t just do harm, I watched a man die right in front of me.
And not just any man—a man I hated.

I thought his death would bring me peace, but it haunts me to this day.
Every close call sparks memories of what I did to him, to me, to her.
I have to go back and face what I’ve done or end my career.

Seeing her hits me harder than the regret.
She’s still so beautiful with long, dark hair, bright amber eyes, luscious curves.
She still dominates my heart, my mind, my bed.
But she’s different now—stronger, bolder, unafraid.

We’re a mess, tangled up in a web I created.
But I’m determined to heal these wounds, to fix this break.
One thing is certain, I won’t say goodbye to her again.

(A STAND-ALONE “Bayside Heroes” novel. Small-town, second-chance doctor romance with a touch of suspense. No cheating. No cliffhanger.)

The Bayside Heroes series is a set of four interconnected STAND-ALONE medical romance novels that will have you panting, faking an injury for medical attention and begging for more.⁣

4 Heart Review by Ashley

I have been waiting for Beck's story since I dove into the multi-author Bayside Heroes series. And I have to say Tia Louise did not let me down at all.

I liked that Carly was smart and fearless. Sure life had knocked her down a time or two but she was determined to get back up. Even if her boss did send her to her hometown for her own good. She was expecting to reconnect with family and friends, not the boy who broke her heart a decade earlier.

Oh Beck...the doctor with a heart of gold that carries much more guilt than it should. But when he saw Carly again, he just knew it was his chance for redemption. It took some patience and a lot of communication but Beck was able to make his case. Too bad someone wasn't as happy with Carly and did their best to stir up some mayhem...

I will say that I saw the moment where everything was hanging in the balance, and Beck had to face one of his worst moments, coming. BUT! My heart was still pounding during those excruciating hours of waiting. Talk about a whirlwind! Carly and Beck's second-chance romance was steamy and tender and downright funny at times (those ladies at the shop were a riot). Fingers crossed that Tia Louise returns to Florida because Henry definitely needs his story told!
