Holy crap A.K. Evans got me good with this one. I liked Magnolia. She was kind and thoughtful. Willing to sacrifice her own happiness and peace of mind for those she loved, namely her father. She never counted on coming face to face with her childhood crush, Killian. Oh that rock star had a heart of gold hiding under his playboy ways. And when he met Magnolia, he knew it was game over for him. Too bad Magnolia was keeping a big secret. And when it caught up to her, no one was left unaffected. Especially Killian. But the hits didn't stop there. Oh no, there was a twist to this one that I never saw coming and it had my heart pounding. I feel breathless after finishing Terrible Lie. Talk about a whirlwind. Magnolia and Killian's unlikely romance was as steamy as it was emotional. And that ending...cue the happy belly flutters. About the AuthorA.K.
