Holy hot hot hot!! The Doctor Will See You was a deliciously dirty little read that had flames shooing from my kindle from chapter one. That's not to say Lana Brazen went all in with the sex and no feelings because those were there too.
I liked that both the main characters, Lana and Justin, were older. Established. Had lived life. Loved. Lost. But when they met and come together, sparks flew. I really enjoyed seeing Lana open up and embrace her desires with Justin. He gave her the freedom to let go and give in to what her body was craving. in turn she made him crave a connection with someone outside of the sexy bedroom games- something he didn't think was possible.
Short and super steamy- but not raunchy, The Doctor Will See You was a pleasurable delight to read from start to finish. I can't wait to see where this bold new writer takes us next!
About the Author
Lana Brazen is the alter ego of a bestselling contemporary romance author who believes romance doesn’t need to end just because you crossed over forty. In a fantasy life, she was an anthropologist, a journalist and a world-famous novelist on the level of F. Scott Fitzgerald. None of that has happened. Instead, she’s written over twenty romances, mothered four children and remains with the one and only. Sometimes, she likes things a little hotter, spicier, raunchier than contemporary trysts, and so begins this chapter.
