No Surrender...

Sin is a man who lives by his own rules. Large and in charge, he takes what he wants and makes no apologies about it. Running his custom bike shop and raising his son are the only things he's ever cared about. That is, until a full-bodied goddess crosses his path.

No Regrets...

Georgia’s the forbidden fruit custom built for temptation. He knew she was off limits, for more than one reason, but there’s only so long he can fight his desires. When he ignores the rules and claims her, what price will he pay for that one taste of perfection?

This book had me salivating from the moment I started reading.  We meet Cynfor (although he calls himself Sin).  He is proudly watching his only son, Tyson, graduate.  Sin is a hard man, who doesn't love easily, but the type of man that would do (and has done) anything for his family.  He passionately loves 2 things in his life - his family and his business.  He owns Throttle, a succesful car and bike workshop.   It has kept his life full and busy - until now.

At graduation, Tyson introduces his family to Georgia, a buxom young lady who instantly has Sin paying way too much attention.  She is the sweetest fruit, forbidden, but Sin cannot help the instant attraction he feels towards her. He tries to fight what he feels for, but the first time the two are alone together sparks fly.

Sin walks away from Georgia and threatens her to stay away from his son.  However, he soon discovers that Georgia and Tyson are in fact not together.  The two start up a relationship which is full of heat and passion.  Sin is so alpha and likes his own way - especially in the bedroom.  Georgia, although a strong and independent woman succumbs to his will - and what happens will leave you hot and bothered! WOW!

Sin finds out that Georgia and Tyson have been keeping a secret from him - a whopper of  a secret.  He is devastated that the two people he cares about most in the world could have lied to him.

Will love be able to conquer all?  Will the truth finally set Tyson and Georgia free?

I FLOVED this book.  Sassie Lewis is a new author, and this is one of her first books.  I was enthralled from the get go.

Sin was made of all my dreams - he was a little bit rough around the edges.  He was all alpha, covered in tattoos and had a filthy mouth.  He was passionate from the outset, and he made sure in no uncertain terms that Georgia knew he was in charge.  I know that may make me seem a little backwards in my thinking, but every girl wants a man to take charge (even if it is only every now and then).

Georgia was a refreshing change of a character.  She was on the voluptuous side, and although she thought of this as a negative (as all of us BBW's do), Sin quickly showed her how beautiful she really was.  Georgia had also overcome insurmountable odds - and was a born fighter.  She is someone that protects her friends with every fibre of her being, but also someone that loves intensely.  I love that although she had come from a fairly hard life, she was still soft, kind and good.

I am giving this book 4.5 stars.  It had everything I loved - a dirty talking bad boy, who was oooooh so good.  A lot of steamy, hot and smoking hot sex.  A beautiful story line that kept me riveted from the onset.  My only request is that we get to see more of Sin and Georgia - I loved the epilogue, but wish it would have been a little bit more in the future.

Well done Sassie Lewis.  I look forward to what you have to say next.

Meet Sassie Lewis

Picture
Sassie Lewis is a born and bred Australian. She lives on the outskirts of Brisbane Queensland, with her husband, two daughters, one son and a dog that hates having a bath.

She swears like a sailor, and blames her ability to over share personal matters - matters that fall into that TMI category - on a faulty brain to mouth filter, that forgets to tell her “This isn’t appropriate dinner conversation”.

An avid reader since childhood. Sassie came across erotic romance in her mid-twenties, falling deeply, madly in lust with the genre instantly. And has had wet panties ever since.
With her somewhat skewed and unique view of the world, along with a little encouragement from her father, she thought what the heck! and she penned her first erotic romance.
She hopes to drag you into the world she’s created, and leave you as breathless and wanting, for her fictional friends, as she became, while writing them.
