Robinson book but I think it can't be as bad as last time. Well, let the record show that I am not OK after finishing 'Til the Last Lyric! I can't even begin to put into words that pain that was in my chest reading the conclusion of Cash and Journey's story. Cash was a train wreck waiting to happen and I hated that he brought Journey down with him. But it was inevitable. I could see it coming from a mile away, everyone could. Except them. The catalyst for Cash's spiral down slayed me. All that wasted time... 'Til the Last Lyric put me through the ringer. It was turbulent, chaotic, and I couldn't get enough. The angst. The longing. The torture. The hope. The revelations. The promise. And then the twist. My heart stopped and then it shattered. Just like Cash's and it was exactly the kick in the pants he needed to get himself the help he needed. To run head first into his future instead of hiding from his past. And there waiting for him, Journey. His Junie. And that ending...every bit of havoc M. Robinson bestowed upon my heart, she stitched back together.
