**WARNING** you MUST read UnKiss Me before UnTouch Me!!

The truth always comes out, no matter how deep you try to bury it. Secrets never make their way to the grave.
Lilly Mayer has always lived a simple life. She’s loyal—maybe too loyal since faithfulness cost her the love of her life. Keeping Eden’s whereabouts a secret from everyone, including Vinny, has ripped away Lilly’s future.

Vincent “Zippo” Torino knows he’s a goddamn bastard. And he’s willing to use Lilly’s loyalty to Eden as his own escape from a hell he created. He doesn’t give a damn that he’s leaving the woman pregnant with his child behind—not when he has to protect his own destructive secret. And not when he’s sure she’s going to beat him to the punch and leave first.

As the dangers to the club escalate, nobody’s hearts—or lives—are safe.

*All books in this series are 50K words, all to be combined into ONE paperback*

UnTouch Me is book number 2 in Dawn Martens Angels MC Trilogy.  The books are 50 000 words each, so they make for some quick reading.

UnTouch Me focuses on Vincent "Zippo" Torino and Lilly Mayer.  The book spans over a few years, and the first half of the book gives you a glimpse into how their love started.  I actually really loved that Dawn Martens did this because it really gave you insight into everything that they had been through.

Their relationship is tumultuous at best initially, but that is what we expect of young love - it is full of passion and fire.  The fights are insane but the making up is epic.  The two are both hard headed and stubborn, and both are harboring secrets that they know can damage the other as well as shatter their entire relationship.

Reading this book I actually found myself getting incredibly emotional - purely because of the content and because of the way both characters justified their reasons for secret keeping as a way to make things alright between each other.  They both knew what they were doing was wrong, but neither seemed able to come and clean and be truthful.

Vinny devastated me, as I watched him continue on with his secret life, I could literally feel my heart shattering.  I think to a certain degree, he did think if he didn't acknowledge things then they weren't real.

The secrets that Lilly keeps are to protect those she loves, but it is also at the expense of those she loves - there never was going to be a clear right and wrong with what she had kept to herself, but Vinny has to use something to balm his conscience and her ommission/deception is what he chooses.

The book switches to present day (just after the end of UnKiss Me) and we watch as things have disintegrated to almost nothing between Lilly and Vinny.  Vinny is the King of the cold shoulder and leaves Lilly feeling heartbroken and at a loss.  She is willing to do almost anything to get their relationship on track and get their family back together.

Vinny's secrets and lies unravel and Lilly soon finds out what he has been harboring - it leaves her broken and devastated.

This part of the book although the most difficult to read was for me the most incredible.  We are given insight into Lilly's pain and suffering - her internal monologue to how she feels and it is breathtaking and soul shattering.  We can all relate to that one person that has left us so damaged we wonder if we will ever be whole again, and that is exactly what Vinny has done to her.

On the other side, we are also able to see how Vinny reacts and his pain - although we shouldn't feel sympathetic towards him, our hearts do begin to soften watching his heart break.  He is a character that I love to hate or hate to love, I am not sure which.  I don't want to like him or feel for him, but he is written so well, that it is impossible not to.

A warning though - this book ends on a CLIFFIE and we will only know if all 3 of our beloved couples will get their happily ever after in the final instalment UnBreak This Heart which is scheduled for release on 6 July.

UnTouch Me gets 4.5 Magical gold stars from me.  I was really blown away by this book and I cannot wait to get to the next one in the trilogy, which will focus on Mason "Reaper" Harris and Hilary DeVaughn.
